Sunshine Hardwood Floors

Cong and his family were wonderful and now my floors are so beautiful! I can’t recommend this business enough. They did a fantastic job and I would use them again without hesitation. The cost was reasonable and the results were amazing. I am so happy I used them.

What great experience! Dan and his family did an amazing job! We contacted them through Angie’s list where they got a lot of great reviews already. He came out for a free estimate and emailed us the price a few days later. We thought it was very fair so we agreed to it. He arrived with his family (all of them are so friendly) on a Saturday morning and they started working immediately. We have a town house and got wooden floor installed on the first and third floor (three rooms and three closets plus hallway) and got the second floor sanded and with a new darker color. Additionally we got new wooden stairs. It was so much work and they had to move a lot of heavy furniture for me, but they were done the following Saturday. Everything looks like I wanted it to, I’m really happy with the results. While they were working Dan always kept me up to date and walked me through by the end of each day. I also trusted them enough to just leave them in the house by themself for half the day (I had to work). One day they even brought treats for my little dog (he loved them too). In the end I was also happy that the price did not exceed the estimate :) (which had happened with other company’s before). I can really recommend them if you want a job done right! I also really liked that I could speak English to them (and I’m NOT an English native speaker myself) so that I could always address concerns and questions. From my experience this is hard to find nowadays. Last time we got our house painted and the owner (American) only came by for the estimate and never showed himself again. He send people to do the job who could only speak Spanish (unfortunately Spanish is not among the languages I can speak :(), each day we had to wait until the very end for someone who could answer questions, this can be a little frustrating. At Sunshine the owner is a native English speaker and it makes things soooo much easier!!! Thank you Dan and family!!! You can be really proud of your business!

I hired Dan and his team to refinish my hardwood floors in my new home. I’m very pleased with the way the floors turned out, just beautiful.
This is a family owned and operated business and they are pleasant to work with. Dan is punctual, very good at keeping his clients up to date before and during a job, and he offers very competitive prices. He gives an outline of the work to be done in his estimate, but is very flexible with any requests that you may have. His team works hard and as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality. The only drawback is that if you need work done asap, they might not be available if they have other clients. However, if you are flexible, then the wait is well worth it. I highly recommend their services.
