The worst T-Mobile location I’ve ever been to. Westheimer and Kirkwood I purposely go out of my way to another T-Mobile store to pay my bill in cash so I won’t have any problems. The worst customer service The employees are a joke very rude and ignorant or stupid? You be the judge or stay clear.

I’ve been a customer of t-mobile for years and going to this place just as long. Today I went to go get my phone upgraded and was greeted/helped right away. The staff is always very friendly. Not the most professional, but you can tell they are friends and not just coworkers over there. I was in and out in 30 minutes even though it was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon. My particular person was trying to multitask with me and this other customer who was there earlier but came back. Whatever gets the job done. Overall, I enjoy coming to this location and will keep coming back.

I walked in and stood there for 15 minutes and not once was greeted or acknowledged so I walked out. While I was standing there, there were 2 male employees sitting at a desk just talking it up and laughing. And 1 female employee behind the counter texting. No acknowledgment whatsoever that there was a customer waiting to be helped. Guess I’ll give someone at another store commission.

Got a new phone and accessories in 30 minutes because I was very picking of my accessories! Chris was very patient and helpful! 3x in a week we upgraded to four new phones with Chris

Been here a few times to buy accessories, new phones, etc. Staff is pretty helpful, typically young and fairly knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait, but I do see it get very busy at times and there will be people waiting in the front. They have a kiosk system for people who just need to make payments which seems convenient.
