My last two experience at this location was great until today. My husband was upgrading his iPhone and the sales rep went over the fees and talked about a package which was $ 100. Didn’t explain thoroughly but said it comes with 3 accessories. Didn’t think much about it since we were in a hurry, so we paid and left. My husband was checking the receipt and there were two different transactions. One was for $ 25 another for $ 75. What was really weird was that the receipt for $ 75 was not an itemized receipt. Confused, he checked on MyVerizon app and saw the receipt had itemized those 3 accessories we didn’t really need or want. He went back in the store to return the accessories, but what was really shady was that the sales rep’s attitude who helped us about 30 minutes prior changed into a different person. He said how he gave us a discount on the upgrade fees(which is a bs cause i’ve been with verizon for over 5 years) and that was a recommended bundle package .and so on, but once he figured out that we were here to get our $ 75 back, we could tell he was annoyed, and told us to wait until he was done with his other customer. We asked for somebody else who can help since the refund transaction shouldnt take more than a minute. It was our fault too since we didn’t double check our receipts and thoroughly investigate what the $ 100 was for when I never paid more than $ 40-$ 50 every time I upgraded. But what upset me was the sales rep’s attitude when we went back to return the accessories and I felt like he should’ve told us that it was a bundle package for the accessories not explain it like its the fees. I put a lot of trust in this place since the managers and Isaiah was so patient with me and helpful … Now I feel like I have to stress to watch my back like I’m buying a car at this place. I guess I’ll just have to watch my back and triple check what I’m paying for next time.

WOW!!! What a difference in customer service at another Verizon location! After an incredibly nasty and rude customer service encounter at the 8401 Westheimer Rd Houston Verizon(authorized retail dealer) a couple of hours ago, we got first-class service at this corporate store across from Royal Oaks. James Vaughn, Verizon Specialist, exemplifies totally awesome customer service in helping us upgrade to the new iPhone 6 Plus as well as explain available payment options! So even in 2015, you really can get excellent customer service from a mega corporation such as Verizon. Lesson to be learned: Don’t purchase or upgrade your phone at a retail dealer, such as 8401 Westheimer Rd, where they don’t care if you do business with them or not. Make sure you are selecting a Verizon corporate store. They will treat you right!!!

I stopped by last night just before closing time. Spoke with Jeff and he was very helpful. He answered my questions and asked if he could help in any other way. This location is now a corporate location and the one around the corner on kirkwood is closed.

Always a pleasure coming to this location. Unlike franchise stores, this one has salespeople who actually help and know the product and provide customer service without pushing you to buy unnecessary shizit. I can’t remember my salesperson name but he was very helpful when we went to get me a phone.

I was going ro stop by today because it was the closest corporate store and I was in a jam but when I pulled up Art and 2 coworkers were playing catch with something in the front portion of the store, letting it sail from one side ofbthes store to the other so I just drove away.
