Service is horrible. I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. I get there after 30 mins and after waiting and additional 20mins was told there were sorry that my order would be ready in another 10 mins. At this point, I just got up and left. Any institution that is so cavalier with their guests is not serious.

Hey management! Pay attention to the reviews here. I’m here as a crew member on a layover. I didn’t choose this location to eat. I’m pressed for time and stuck at this hotel. Restaurant staff and bartenders have tondo a couple of things: greet customers. Offer menus. Sell sell sell. If you can’t remember the order, write it down. If you mess it up, FIXITIMMEDIATELY. My pork chop was tough, the Brussels sprouts were Carmelites but not enough to bring out the sugars. It was bitter and flavorless. Oh yea, I didn’t order it. The bartender asked to take my plate back to fix it. I said no, with the intent to eat the Brussels sprouts anyway. She did bring me a side of the sautéed spinach which I ordered. It was good, but since I did not know it was coming, I had nearly eaten all of my meal. Bringing it saved a one star review. Next time I’ll risk the night walk to the Flying Saucer and not eat here again. Train your staff for service or this place will be closed soon.

Have been here twice in past couple months. Both times, same thing. Good food, lousy wait service. Both times the servers were slow, forgetful, inattentive and overall just not interested in the customers. But the food is good, the menu has a lot to choose from and the restaurant is clean. I’ll probably come back here because convenient to Club Quarters and I do enjoy the food(once I actually get it).

I checked in last night to Club Quarters. It was late, I was hungry so I decided to try Table 7. The hamburger looked great from the kitchen! I ordered the Kobe burger on the recommendation of the server. It was good going down but at 4:00am was another story. I was in the bathroom sick. Do not order this burger unless you have time for several bathroom breaks. Sleep was thrown off and wished like hell I had stayed in my room— hungry.

Twice now I’ve dine here. The first one was when I had the vegetarian pizza. The pizza was really dry and not enough vegetables. It seem as if it was frozen prior. The second was the sushi tuna which was also dry. The food is served pretty quickly but not good quality. It’s as if the food sits around and wait to be eaten. When it comes to customer service I think they can do much better

I ordered the ribeye which was recommended by the waiter as one of their best meals. I asked for it to be cooked medium well and a side of broccoli & potatoes. The steak was tough, not seasoned good at all, not juicy & honestly I questioned was it even a ribeye! Cut into and the steak was bloody. After remaking the steak twice and still not correct, I gave up! Broccoli was cold and not steamed long enough. Potatoes were under done as well. The entire meal was awful! As a chance to correct their mistakes they offered a crème brûlée which tasted like it was microwaved with sugar sprinkled on top. Bathroom had dead roaches & sink was stopped up where I was unable to wash my hands. I would NOT go back here and do NOT recommend. This place is BAD.

I’m trying hard to like this place because I’m here alot for work but the staff does not care… The food is mediocre at best. turkey lasagne was so salty I had to ask for flat bread to mix with it… The bartender and server started making out behind the bar… Won’t be back

Been here a few times with coworkers and it has been decent. Except for this time. I ordered a Kobe burger medium well with steak fries and after I took a bite out of it, noticed it was medium rare. I politely told the waitress and she took it to the back to get it fixed. Not even 5 minutes later, she returns with the burger and fries. They replaced the bun, but it was the exact same burger patty and fries. I believe that they actually microwaved the plate since the fries were soggy and oily(normally what happens when you reheat fries). I asked to speak to the manager and told him the situation. He did not even apologize or ask if there was anything he can do to accommodate me. I will likely never return to this place as the situation was handled incorrectly and they don’t seem to care about the quality of food. They should send the manager to courses in HRM so he can get the skill-set to be an effective manager.

Wanting a quick breakfast before flying out I decided to try out the restaurant attached to the hotel. I had read some of my fellow Unilocalers reviews and figured how bad could it be for breakfast. My question was answered very soon. Wanting to sit in a booth I was begrudgingly shown to one and a menu thrown in front of me. Coffee came quick, breakfast not soo much. When it finally arrived the omelet was cold, toast dry and the grits scalding hot. No refill on coffee, no jam or hot sauce was offered. I tried to flag her down but she disappeared for 10 minutes. I went to the bar to find someone to pour some more coffee, again no luck. All the people in the place looked miffed, waiting for checks, food, orders to be taken, plates to be cleared, none of which was happening. When she reappeared she gave me the check and cleared my plate, and naturally left again for 10 minutes. Food is average at best, service terrible and indifferent.

Went here for breakfast. This is not their strong point. I loved the grits. They are a bar at best. Staff was great but the breakfast was not hot nor the coffee good.

This is not much more than a hotel bar/restaurant. We were staying at the connecting hotel. It was happy hour and we needed cocktail and a snack after a long drive. We sat at the bar. We were the only ones in whole place, yet it took forever to get some service. The menu is a collection of every food trend in the last 5 years. All over done and outdated. Nothing new or exciting. We were so disappointed with the service and the staff who did not want to be bothered we left after 1 cocktail.

Ordered spinach dip appetizer and it was good. The chicken pasta was amazing, and there was plenty of it! The pesto sauce was wonderful. I was staying at the hotel, and this was a good meal that I didn’t have to walk far to get.

Decent food. Service was really fast… Fiancé and I decided to stay downtown for the weekend and this restaurant t was located in the hotel. It was nice, quiet, and intimate spot. I loved the flatbread and sweet potato fries were awesome! Definitely will go back to try more things.

The first time I came here I had no problems with food or service. The second time was completely different. There were no problems with the food, but it was the service that really made the experience regrettable. I walk in with my group and we are a barely acknowledged by the hostess and waiter who are sitting down having a nice chat with themselves. We are seated and having a child with us, ask for a high chair several times from our waiter. My friend got so fed up she actually went to the back room and found a high chair on her own. The real kicker is when we ask for our checks, he had the audacity to tack on gratuity. Mind you the standard is usually for a group of six or more. We had 5 adults in our group along with the toddler. Seriously?! I can’t even…

Everything tastes rather salty here – including the salad. The seared ahi tuna salad is decent, but I wish they hadn’t poured so much dressing over my salad(I specifically asked for dressing on the side, too!). Service tends to be on the slower side, so beware if you’re looking to grab a quick meal. If I weren’t staying at Club Quarters for my visit, then I doubt I’d eat at Table 7. If you don’t want any of the fast food in the area, Table 7 does enough to satisfy your healthier fixes of salad and whatnot.

What a terrible experience! Our office took a co-worker to Table 7 for his birthday lunch– there were 9 of us total. We called ahead(unnecessarily) and made reservations. I say unnecessarily, as there was not a table ready for us upon our arrival(we all contributed to moving tables around to make something work) and there were only two other tables currently being served in the entire restaurant. Our orders took about 40 minutes to arrive, which I wasn’t upset about, as there were 9 of us… though another two tables of folks sat down after we ordered, were served(and left) before us. The waiter was less than attentive and the food was mediocre… In fairness, I might have rated it slightly higher than«mediocre» if the rest of the lunch hadn’t turned into such a catastrophe. Upon receipt of the bill, we each wrote out what we ordered on the back of the receipt, next to the names on our credit cards, in an attempt to make it easier for the waiter to split the check. Another 40MINUTES later, we still hadn’t gotten the checks back. Some of our party ended up having to leave before the checks returned, because they had to get back to work. When I went to check on the waiter, he said he still had«two more cards to swipe»(45 minutes after receiving them) and gave the excuse that he had other tables to wait on in the interim… there were literally TWO tables of two customers each besides our table in the restaurant at this time. When we finally DID get the checks, there were mistakes aplenty. Some had not been charged for their food at all, and some had been charged double and TRIPLE for their meals…(One of our guys had $ 80 worth of incorrect charges, in three separate transactions, for his one-entrée lunch). My bill was«incorrectly charged and cancelled twice», according to the waiter. When I gave him my credit card to run for a THIRD time, the total was an entirely different number altogether… I have FOUR transactions on my bank statement from this one lunch today, as do half of the colleagues who attended this afternoon. The majority of our party was forced to return to work as we rounded out HOUR-TWO of our lunch, while a few of us stayed behind in an attempt to settle up. When we asked questions about totals or for an itemized receipt, the waiter began asking for whoever’s card ended in these«last TWO digits»… What?! It was a complete mess. Finally, fed up with the chaos, I asked him how difficult it would be to cancel all of the transactions from our party and charge it all onto my one card… he said this would be super easy, so I decided to take this route to save us all the unnecessary stress and headache of trying to figure out what he had and hadn’t done… This process took him ANOTHER30MINUTES, and when asked for the receipts that showed everyone’s orders had been cancelled, he said he had«thrown them away», so we have no way of proving that he cancelled the other orders(Subesequently all of our credit cards stil show charges from lunch…) By this time, there was only ONE person at ONE table in the restaurant… Meanwhile, a man I can only assume to have been the Manager, walked in to complain to a member of the wait staff about there being dirty glasses on the bar… in this utterly desolate restaurant… She cleaned up the few glasses, and he looked right at us(you could say, the ONLY people in/standing at the bar and clearly in distress) and simply asked her something to the effect of, «What are they(us) doing? Is someone handling them?»… The waitress responded that our waiter was dealing with some sort of a mix-up and the Manager guy immediately cut her off to take a phone call and proceeded to wander around the restaurant aimlessly talking on his cell, instead of checking on us, inquiring about the problem, working to fix it, offering to comp ANYTHING… The waiter apologized at the end, but didn’t even pretend to offer to rectify the situation any further. What was initially going to be a pleasant, quick, low-key birthday lunch for a co-worker turned into a TWO-HOURNIGHTMARE! I will never return to this restaurant, as the food wasn’t good enough to merit this terrible level of service and incompetency at all levels.

I wish there was a 3.5, but I rounded up since it wasn’t a bad experience by any means. We stayed at Club Quarters Hotel which has Table 7 right off the lobby so convenience played a large part in our decision to have dinner here. We sat at the bar and were two of the only dozen other diners at the restaurant on a Sunday around 6p. The menu choices were definitely limited, but we had salmon pappardelle and Parmenides encrusted chicken both were pasta bowls. Both were good. Overall not a bad choice for not having to wait and having it attached to our hotel.

Okay so I was here on a Sunday night(5÷4÷14) and maybe that’s the problem. The front line cooks may not have been in the kitchen. I ordered the«focaccia» bread which was more like pita bread with some tomatoes on it and some ricotta pesto on the side. Not worth $ 4. This is focaccia and this is Pita . I have to admit through Ricotta pesto was pretty good but the pita bread was barely warm, thin and totally not like a focaccia. I also ordered shrimp linguine and that was not very flavorful at all, except for the pepper flakes. It was more like a shrimp Fra Diavolo. It seemed like the linguini was not cooked in a salted water because it was very bland and not very satisfying. I have to say the shrimp was cooked pretty well, however it also was not season very well. If you are stuck in the Club Quarters hotel, this may be your choice, but – for the money – I’d go someplace else. Not 1-star bad, but not good.

Pleasantly surprised by this place! Went here for lunch yesterday, and I wasn’t expecting much. I had passed by this many many times on my way out to lunch, but had never thought twice about it. I tried the kobe beef burger with caramelized onions. It was delicious on a perfectly toasted wheat bun. I have to reiterate — PERFECTLY toasted. While the wheat bun was pretty standard fare, the toast on it definitely brought the burger experience up. The burger was delicious and filling, though honestly I couldn’t really find anything special about the«kobe beef». The sweet potato fries that came along side with it were fantastic as well! Sweet, crispy, and not greasy at all. The prices were reasonable as well — only about $ 10. Other coworkers got their flatbread pizzas, a salmon burger, and a salmon dish, and everything at least looked delicious and we had no complaints. Great find downtown for lunch. Good food at reasonable prices, and not packed or noisy.
