I placed an order via phone. I was told 10 minutes so I get there 20 minutes later. Why wasn’t my order placed idk. The guy at the front instead apologizing for forgetting to place my order just wants to charge without telling. I ask what happen now the whole front staff chime in to say I’ll be ready in 10 minutes. People who won’t you just say you’ve messed up simple. After I ask them if they forget the guy says yes still doesn’t apologize. I was just over it and cancelled my order. will not be going back!

The waiters take kisses instead of tips! I love the atmosphere! Very welcoming and exciting! Only disappointment was one time I was served fajitas that were TOO good! I love you Taqueria Arandas! I’m asking the owners if I can move in so I can eat Taqueria Arandas for every meal. Long live Taqueria Arandas. God bless.

My family visits here all the time for breakfast and lunch. They provide good value in a family friendly environment. One kid loves the rice, the other the beans and all of us leave full. Our favorite waitress is Blanca and she always takes excellent care of us. For a low cost, family friendly, this is very high on my list of recommendations.

Every time I come here I’m blown away by the customer service! The food is always great and with all of the options of great places to eat, it is the customer service that keeps me coming back. Hats off to the management and the team members for a great experience!

Every time I order breakfast tacos to go it’s a new experience and often I get to sample dishes I did not order, that is if I can«communicate» in either English or Spanish with the phone person. A restaurant with such good reviews should have someone with more snap on the phone.

I wanted some Mexican food for Mother’s Day and we decided to check out this little restaurant. This little restaurant has great pricing. Where else can you get a pastor torta for $ 4. I order the chicken asada meal which was $ 8 and delicious. My boyfriend and I will be back. Great food, fast and friendly service.

Best place in town to get street tacos. I like mine with onions and cilantro only on homemade corn tortillas. The staff here is really nice. I have not always encountered good customer service at Taqueria Arandas because I don’t speak Spanish and am obviously white, but I don’t have those issues with this location. It’s a sad thing, especially since I grew up eating at one their locations in the barrio. The green salsa is so good, caution it has some heat behind it, but still so good. Just add a little salt and lime to the chips and enjoy. Back to the street tacos, I like mine on corn tortillas with beef fajita, onion and cilantro. The meat is flavorful, the onions cooked but still with a crunch, and the cilantro fresh and fragrant. This is also an awesome meal after you’ve been drinking the night away. Takes me back to those early 20’s. The torts are also very good and you can’t go wrong with the California buritto

This is the best Arandas location I have been to, in the area. My favorite breakfast is the«Divorced eggs» and the fresh orange juice is great!

go get real mexican food at this place. The price is tough to match and the service is great ! The chips are amazing and plentiful. The salsa is warm and awesome like all salsa should be. the tortas are my favorite but everything I’ve tried is good so far.

Cheap, tasty and authentic Mexican food! You know you are in the right place when the salsa actually comes out steaming. Be warned, the green sauce they give you can be spicy. Our second time here we had the beef torta and the Hawaiian chicken tacos. I loved my tacos as they were packed full of meat with pineapples and avocados. Bean soup and rice that came with the dish were nice too. My husband liked his torta(Mexican sandwich) but I thought it was ok. Pretty light compared with their heavier offerings. Service can be slow when they’re busy. TIP: just go up to the counter and pay since they take forever getting you the bill.

I smile as I remember my experience here almost two weeks ago, and that is a sign to me that this place is deserving of 5 stars. My friend and I went late on a Saturday night and although we did not sit in the area where the karaōke was taking place, we could still hear and watch from our seat on the other side of the restaurant. Typically, when I visit a Mexican food restaurant that has karaōke, the song selections are only Spanish songs(no problem here). But during my visit, one young girl was making her fabulous debut singing«Ironic» by Alanis Morissette. She was great! And so were the other music selections throughout the night. Now on to the actual restaurant. The place was clean and laid out to accomodate a ton of guests. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. I love a cheerful waitress. I tried the California burrito. Woah!!! It was much bigger than I expected. My friend had the fajitas with shrimp. The shrimp was so very flavorful. You know, you can’t have Mexican food without a margarita, and Taqueria Arandas knows how to do them well. They were large and the frozen concoction was quite smooth with the perfect blend of sweet and sour liquored up goodness.

Great service! Very friendly. We had the Hawaiian chicken, the pork and Baja fish tacos. They were all good. Waitress was very accommodating and let us mix and match the tacos. We also ordered a couple michiladas, a mimosa, and a mojito off the drink specials list. Michiladas were great, spicy and full of flavor!

I came here for brunch because my friend was craving some real Tex-Mex food. Their menu says that breakfast ends at 11a, but they actually serve it all day, which was a plus because I was set on having breakfast. The dining area is nothing fancy. They have a juke box that was turned up way too loud. It was hard to have a conversation with my friend across the table. The staff is friendly and attentive. I ordered an omelette(ham, pico, cheese) with refried beans. It came with tortillas, but I ended up giving them to my friend. They looked homemade. I also ordered a coffee. When the food was brought out, it looked really nice. Unfortunately the cheese and the ham tasted like imitation cheese and meat. I ended up scraping a lot out of it. The eggs, pico, and refried beans were really good though so it didn’t completely ruin the meal. The coffee was blah. The Dunkin donuts coffee that I brew at home tastes much better. But I wasn’t expecting a lot out of this place. I think I may need to try a non breakfast item and see if it tastes better. It was overall an okay experience.

Ask for the El Mateo burrito, their new version of a California burrito, Is the jam!!! So delicious! Its a burrito with fries and melted cheese inside. I also love pairing this item with a mexican coke. The service is amazing, «Blankita» is my girl taking orders, show her some love! OH, and HELLO Unilocal! THEYHAVEWIFI

I LOVE mexican food. So happy to find this joint fairly close to home. They offer daily drink and food specials which is nice since you’re already in for an inexpensive meal. They have $ 1 Taco Tuesdays for all the taco lovers out there! I try not to fill up on chips and salsa before my dish comes out but their green salsa is ridiculously addicting… i want to steal those tubes of salsa… mmHmm. You can easily come here for breakfast and get full for less than $ 5. I had the commercial breakfast with my eggs(2) scrambled w/chorizo, 2 slices of bacon(or ham), refried beans and choice of tortilla… all that for $ 2.99! What a steal! I’ve also had green chicken enchiladas here, they were tasty and didn’t have massive amounts of cheese dumped on them. Cheap, delicious, and the servers are always friendly. What more could you ask for!

I really love that this place is just down the street from me. We will grab fajitas for two as a quick and relatively healthy and inexpensive dinner. They have great happy hour and drink specials by day too. The Arandas Bakery delivers to the location daily, so it’s great to order cakes or desserts a day or so ahead. This is much more convenient than driving to the bakery itself. I ordered a tres leches birthday cake and it got rave reviews. The only negative is that I don’t speak enough Spanish to really communicate well. This is an authentic restaurant and many of the staff only speak Spanish. Just be patient and speak clearly, you will be glad you did since the food is yummy.
