So frustrating! You would think that ordering online for store pick-up would be extremely helpful; however, when I went to pick up the item, I waited for 20 minutes because they couldn’t find the item. Finally a manager came to help and after checking for another 5 minutes, told me that the item had already been picked up. I told him that that was impossible given that I did not pick it up and supposedly you have to show your confirmation page and ID to pick up anything. They then wanted me to wait some more while they tried to figure out their screw-up, but I told them I had to get back to work and left my cell number. I also told them that today is my nephew’s birthday and I needed to have this item to take to his birthday dinner this evening. It is now 4 p.m. and I’ve called several times, but no one answers in the Registry/Merchandise Pick Up Department, and needless to say, no one has called me! I’m very displeased with Toys R Us given that I had a similar problem with the store in Baytown, Texas before Christmas. Back to Amazon for all of my purchases!!!

I just wanted to call and see if something was in stock. They hung up on me twice!

I ordered online to make sure I would be able to pick it up in the store and they would actually have it in stock. When I went to pick it up, they came out with a small box. I told them«that is not what I ordered. The item I ordered is a huge box.» After waiting for 15 minutes they came back and said«sorry we have no more.» They filled my order incorrectly, and then sold the last of what I had actually ordered. What a pain. Ship to store was not a success and resulted in a wasted lunch hour in heavy holiday traffic only to basically be told that due to their imcompetence, the item that you already paid for in advance, was now in fact sold out. WTF.

Great customer service, was asked by 3 different staff if we needed assistance and the customer service desk was great with our returned item that we bought online. Cashier was jut awesome and very friendly.

When holidays comes, we the shopper, expect to receive more proofs on products when will it ship, where’s the head manager, constantly waiting for these customers are gonna finish their purchase while they have more than 3 baskets filled with deals and price matching to all items, highly demanding for Rewards«R» cards, asking us for credit card to apply(at least taking it will give us 15% discount), where’s the head manager, one employee working all the floor with lots of needs of helps, some of the employees’ knowledge for toys and babies products are not been taught on how to work on those units — needs to be train for individual products, No Wi-Fi why…, some employees from«Care Service» when you return your unopened products with warranties already cover and you need it no longer; you suppose to get full refund back, right?!? No they don’t or you have to tell them that you Really need that money back! For customers, its true that a name product that has same name, code, and correct bar code must be honor by the difference price even for expired promotion deals, but when its totally different name tag and different product that is not category of any name nor products and even different location, then its in fact that’s customers are very greedy for cheap price even its not fix locations, so employees must take care ASAP and customers must learn to read thoroughly. For coupons its very complex and confusions for how and what and when to get great discounts, so tricky! Overall the arrangements are very mix and unappealing when searching locations that we need for find, messy shelf but I blame on kids and mainly their parents, few sneaky customers who want low budget purchase that takes forever to be satisfied, and managers are somewhat superb workers and few experience employees, and finally the head manager shows up just for screaming few customers and leave his store for smoke and taking off.

This has to be the worst Toys R Us … lol It may be due to the fact that I went shopping at the wrong time of the year here but every time I have visited this location it always seems to be madness. It was very full that day I visited. There seem to be so much disorganization. I felt like I was on a mission to get out. Staff here was very helpful but it doesn’t make up for the craziness. you can be the judge once you visit this location. I prefer other locations. Not to mention I had a random person approach me to ask for money… who does that?

Very helpful and great customer service! The staff was very knowledgable. Long lines where the down side but there’s no help that.

I dread the day that I have to bring my children here. Pros: the prices weren’t too inflated; I’m sure I could get the same things from Target +/-a few dollars. Also, there weren’t a billion kids screaming, but that might have been because we went on a Friday night rather than some weekend morning. Cons: It’s a Toys R Us. I don’t think I’ll ever look forward to having to walk around in a store completely dedicated to children. Toys everywhere. A place where children can go around and say, «Mommy, I want this!!» and then change their minds a few minutes later.

Lots of toys. You can order online for store pick up. That is the best feature. Use it to avoid the long lines for Christmas.

Worst customer service ever. Every time I go, the lines are long and slow and there are never enough lanes open. Have been charged the wrong price on several items before so check your receipt!

Not too many employees on the floor, it too a while before we could ask someone for assistance, and even then their help was vague. We didn’t find what we were looking for, but it seemed that their shelves had not been stocked after the holidays. :(

There is nothing more interesting than walking into a toy store whenever is scavening for last minute gifts. The bumping, pushing and searching all over the store is great cardio and keeps one on their toes. Kids are running awry with the smiles on their faces and adults with the discombobulated looks on their faces about whether or not they have the right item. Eh, that’s me. Searching high and low for everything that was bright, yellow, spongey… ha. Spongebob Squarepants, how come you come in toys too old for toddlers? Successful! I found some items, so what if he can’t read? He’ll learn. Especially more fun when you have friends who are more giddy than the kiddies! :D
