The worse apartments you can leave in. If you want to pay $ 1,000 for a low quality apartment home this is the right place because they have the worse apartments and service the only staff member providing friendly service is Mrs.Vanessa. I would never recommend this place to any body!

You’ll pay an arm & a leg just to own a pet here(I believe it’s currently set at $ 700 for the 1st pet, $ 400 for the 2nd pet, PLUS $ 5 per pet monthly«pet rent»). They installed«clean up stations» recently but they’re always empty and majority of the pet owners fail to clean up after their pets anyways. Rent constantly goes up with no improvements to the complex. You’re currently paying more than you even get in sq ft($ 580 for 548 sq ft). The dishwasher leaks, the stovetop is crooked and often doesn’t work properly. They offer free carpet cleaning once a year but won’t tell you about it. You’ll be lucky if you hear it through a neighbor! You’ll pay far too much in electricity bills(you’ll be lucky if it’s under $ 100 in a 548 sq ft apt!) because the units are poorly insulated and have issues upkeeping a mere 78 temperature inside. A/C freezes up every summer, vents are never cleaned out so a clean filter once a month does bare minimum especially if you have any allergies. The fan in the bathroom is weak and mold will grow no matter what you try. The manager listens to hearsay and will judge you without ever discussing the complaints with you to see if they’re actually valid or someone pointing fingers without justification. She’ll let her personal feelings control her business decisions. At the time, it was affordable. Now it’s showing more and more that it’s not worth it and there are more appropriate options. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting long-term loyalty. Manessa is a wonderful lady in the office, but Leslie, the manager, will drive you out one way or another and it’s frustrating when you are a quiet, mind-your-own-business resident who pays rent on time, etc.
