Most ultas are very nice but this one is run down and the«manager» Vanessa can take a long walk off a short peer for her attitude and wants to make you wait at the back of the line to return 120 dollar conditioner and won’t help at all! GOANYWHEREELSENOTHERE!

I’ve never been a «makeup girl»(mascara and eyeshadow is usually all I wear), but today I was bored and decided to stop in here, instead of going to sephora in the mall.(I hate malls) As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one woman behind the cash registers, and then asked if I needed help by another. I was then taken over to Jenny, who not only did my makeup twice with different products, but she answered every question I had! Which was a lot. The place was clean, organized, with plenty of helpful staff. I walked out spending $ 250 with no regrets. Will be back!

I just moved from AZ and needed a cut and dye. So I chose ulta since I had shopped there forever for shampoo and makeup, I figured the salon would be decent. The lady(Gloria) trashed on the way I take care of my hair the whole time(hers looked like cruela devil) and gave me caramel hi lights rather than blonde like I had asked(she only left the bleach in for not even 10min). I use Paul Mitchell products, and she bashed on it, telling me to oil my hair and wash with conditioner rather than shampoo! I have greasy hair to begin with and have to wash daily to keep my face from breaking out from the oil in my hair. She gave terrible advice and cut my hair short and didn’t give the right hi lights. Very disappointed. A normal ulta store I would give a 5 star, they carry good products. But the employees here are terrible. One recent time I needed foundation(bare mineral) and forgot the shade I used so I looked though the colors for like 10min while 3 workers stood by and talked forever before asking if I needed help, by then I had already found the color I needed. Some of them need to get off their high horse and realize they work at a retail store and be nicer to customers.

Meh. I love the store itself, but the hair salon area is only ok. I went here instead of my usual place because I desperately needed a trim and they have pretty late hours. The trim was ok. It just didn’t have a very good shape to it. I have curly hair, which is pretty hard to cut to begin with, but in her trimming she trim off the shaping that I had and left it just straight across at the bottom. That kind of blunt trim is fine when it’s wet, but gives me «tragic triangle head» when the curls pop up. My whole head of hair literally looks like it’s shaped like a triangle. For the price, it was fine. But next time I’ll just wait and spend a little bit more money somewhere else.
