Even with a buy one get one free coupon, the glasses work out to be very expensive here because of all of the hidden add-​ons. Also our glasses have not been ready when promised two out of three times I have purchased glasses here.
The staff members are polite and professional, but the store’s pricing policies and the labs inability to delivery on time are frustrating.

Luis helped my three year old pick out her glasses and he was phenomenal. I wish all customer service people were as kind, patient, and considerate as he was. We live in Fort Worth, so he shipped her second pair up here to a local shop, and called me to make sure we were updated.

The team provides great service. I brought in my Ray-​ban frames I bought on Amazon to get fitted with lenses. The team did a great job in accommodating my needs. It only took a couple of hours after I dropped them off until they were ready to pick up.
I’ve also come here for my contact lenses. They didn’t have them in stock so had to order them. It took about a week to get them in but they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they had arrived.
Parking might be a little tough as it’s located on Westheimer and shares its real estate with about 3 – 4 other businesses.
