When your staff complains when you walk in at 9pm and you close at 10 wtf. I’m tired of places not teaching staff we are open till we close not till an hour before we close. Get your s$&? together.

Which Wich is a great place for an easy and tasty fill-up. I frequent the sandwich shop at lunch and really appreciate the options and ability to customize. If you’re on a tight lunch break like me, Which Wich is speedy service and the food is packaged standard in quick to-go bags or bowls. They offer some healthier ingredients at no additional cost including hummus and spinach. The range of options and seating arrangement makes it great for groups. What keeps me coming back are the friendly staff members and perfect pricing. Nobody feels good about regularly spending more than $ 10 on lunch — but for $ 7 you can get a nicely appointed hot sandwich with a baked chocolate chip cookie. The rewards club is also generous, I get a free sandwich about every month!

This was my first time coming to this restaurant/sandwich shop and I was unsatisfied with the level of customer contact received. You go into the store read the wall to determine what you and then you fill out a paper bag to notify the workers what you are wanting. When we finished the cashier took our bag, rung us up, and didn’t really offer suggest or make contact besides saying the total for the services. The sandwich was okay but nothing I just have to have again.

Always fresh ingredients and upbeat atmosphere. Can be busy so plan accordingly. Come early to avoid tons of workers that walk over to grab lunch. I always get a veggie option but I understand that most options are good. Black bean option is spicy even though they don’t say it if you are a person like me who is sensitive to spices of any kind. Tuna is good but get ready for calories. Glad they added spinach as a topping and avocado. Healthy options for toppings for sure. Watch out for sauces and extra anything. That’s where the calories add up. That’s assuming you are a person who cares. I am. I will spend my calories for treats later :)

Slowest sandwich shop I’ve ever been to… Pretty ridiculous. Think that they would be used to a lunch rush being that it’s a downtown location. Got in line around 150pm and still 3 ppl back… It’s now 230pm. What’s worse is the place is less than half-packed. I’m confused

I went in today, 7/23, before I had to be at work at noon. It was my first time in and didn’t disappoint. At first I wasn’t sure how to order but the guy behind the register helped and explained everything to me. He was amazing as was my sandwich! I think I’ve found my favorite sub shop!

Well I’m a fan of WhichWich, this is one of four WhichWich spots that I know of in the Downtown area. This one is actually in midtown on gray & bagby. So at times it can get super crowded but for the most part there’s always a few people in it. If you’re not a crowd person(I know I am) then you can feel safe checking this place out. A couple firehouses(firemen) eat here frequently along with a bunch of business men/women & a few students. No complaints whatsoever, typical deal, you walk in, do your thing, eat, then walk out.

Customization is the strength of this chain and they have a lot of vegetarian options. Even two versions of eggs(omelet or sliced) for the ovovegetarians. Besides the variety though, I wouldn’t say that they taste better than a Subway. Considering that which which is more expensive than subway(ten inch is 8 dollars while a footlong at Subway runs from $ 5 – 8), you’re better off going to Subway if they have the same sandwich you want.

Sandwich is good. Definitely better than subways, but more expensive. I like all of their options which is worth the extra two blocks. I had the club this visit and it was fine. The Cuban is a lot better. There is not a lot to say about this place. A good place to get a decent quick lunch.

I don’t get it. I was told to get myself to a Which Wich ASAP when I came to Houston. I did. I can’t say I understand why. Pedestrian.

I’ve made a new habit of using the Living Social Take Away and Delivery, very convenient for office lunch. We decided to use it for a quick and easy dinner. We couldn’t find their hours anywhere on the internet. So we put in our order on the Living Social app on my phone as we were driving, under the assumption if it let us order they were still open. Love the app, it was really easy and took no time at all. I received a confirmation email and everything. But as we pulled up to the door they turned the key to lock it. We got a refund just fine, but lesson learned they won’t even try to make your order if you put it in less than 30 minutes before the restaurant closes. I’ve never been super impressed with their sandwiches, kinda measly. I just normally get it because I can put in my order online, so I just go here out of laziness. They are faster than Subway, so I don’t understand why they say with online orders it will take 30 minutes for your order to be ready.

It’s the bread gotta be the bread. It’s so fresh! If the bread isn’t fresh, it ruins the sandwich. I’m currently hooked on my new creation thanks to them. Toasted white bread(skinny=take out some of the inside bread), chicken breast(sliced) honey mustard, crispy onions(drool), spinach, cucumbers, green peppers, mayo, salt/pepper and oil/vinegar…IT’S HAVENINMYMOUTH ;) Sure is!!! According to myfitnesspal, it’s under 500 calories. Parking can be tricky during lunch time, since so many people go to Buffalo Wild Wings. At least, they have a couple of reserved spaces.

The first time I tried Which Wich was recently, and only because it was close to my work and the fastest thing I could get. It was damn good. nothing too spectacular but as far as fast reasonably prices sandwiches its better than quiznos and subway and all the others for sure. I usually end up getting a small for about $ 7-$ 8. I have been back 3 times in the last month, now the people at my job are making fun of me, but I don’t care its good.

I’m not normally a huge fan of chains, but I really like the Which Wich concept! First, if you don’t like your sandwhich you are to blame because they give you so many options to build with. The bread is way better than Subway. I love the option to bake your sanwhich like Quizno’s, I know Subway has it but their’s is terrible. I am normally a mom & pop sandwhich kind of place, but this defitnitely is a superior chain concept. I also love that I can put hummus on my sandwhich. I recommend that you put a design on the back of your bag so you can watch yours go down the line and know when yours is coming up.

I like the concept. They have a wide variety of ingredients. I loved everything inside the sandwich but there was way too much bread. I think there was more bread than what was inside. They need a skinny bread option like Potbelly. Otherwise, it was pretty good. Their ice is awesome. I will return to try their salad.

Why didnt I know about Which Wich? I feel like Ive been duped for going to sub par sandwich places like Subway that wont let you write on your bag and dont give you the option of putting coleslaw on your sammich. mmmmmm coleslaw on your sammich… Of course I had passed by this place while driving but I just never stopped. It wasnt until a friend took me… and it was no big deal to her! Blasphemy! Grab your bag and a marker when you walk in and choose all the delicious ingredients you could possibly enjoy. I originally did not want my sandwich heated until the girl at the counter recommended that I get it toasted. I figured since she worked there, shes the sandwich expert, so I trusted her, it was yummy. We also got freshly baked cookies, hells yes… It was a good experience. Where have you been all me life Which Wich?

Cool idea. Bad execution. Other reviewers have instructed you on how the sandwich procurement works, so I’ll stick to my opinion of the food. The ingredients seem quality enough, but man the sandwiches are tiny. For nearly $ 9.00 for a sandwich, chips, and drink, you could do much better elsewhere. I like a loaded sandwich and feel that $ 5.50 should purchase that. The bread they use is so incredibly small that it is impossible to load up on toppings. If the prices came down a bit this place would be ok. My favorite: Meatloaf on white with swiss. Add BBQ sauce, red onions, and cole slaw. It’s good and you can eat it in two bites.

Which Wich? You can choose from 10 different sandwich categories. Some of these include Classics, Comforts, Vegetarian, and Italian. Each category has different types of sandwiches(from Turkey, to Spam, to Pizza) Ordering is done in an unconventional way at Which Wich. You make your orders on a paper bag. After selecting one of the categories, you pick the bag that corresponds to the category you want. On the bag, you choose the type of sandwich, along with the toppings you want on the sandwich. My favorite is the Italian sandwich with pizza. The sandwich is toasted so the bread is crunchy and the cheese is melted. The vegetable toppings are fresh and crisp. If you need extra toppings, you can get extra cheese and extra meat. It’s one dollar extra for each. Also, I’ve been asked if I was a student. So I’m assuming that students might get some kind of discount. My one complaint is that the sandwiches are too small for the price.

Great concept for a sandwich shop. Walk in, pick which meat you want(that’s what she said) and grab its associated bag. Choose your sandwich, bread, and toppings by checking the associated box on the bag. Hand said bag to the cashier and she rings it up, clips the bag to a clothesline. Get your drink and have a seat, and when they’re finished making your sandwich they call your name. Simple and effective from my experience today. The sandwiches taste great. I had a buffalo chicken with cole slaw, caramelized onions, pepper jack and a couple of other toppings. However, the sandwiches are a bit small. If they had a larger size, it would be perfect. The cookies are yummy too; they also have milkshakes but I didn’t try one. Give Which Wich a try; $ 8.00 plus tax gets you a good sandwich, chips or cookie and a drink.
