Willa Shoes and Accessories

For a store that just got renovated, you would think you’d want to make your customers happy. If I knew about the bag/​discount I clearly shopped there previously. For a small store that’s NOT a chain, you should accommodate your customers and make sure they leave happy. «Hey we’ll do it this one time but make sure you bring your bag next time or hey let me talk to my manager and see what we can do.» Would’ve been a better fix than no.

A nice little boutique with a mix of casual and dressy on-​trend apparel, shoes, and accessories. I saw everything from sleek little black cocktail dresses to neon strappy rompers to outfit basics. They seem a little bit overpriced for the quality, but the designs are cool and unique, and they carry some good brands that I’ve seen sell for much more at bigger stores like ModCloth. The shoes seemed like the best bargain with many nice pairs around $ 40. I was especially impressed by their huge selection of jewelry that lined the walls!

If your looking for a small boutique that has alot of fun, trendy and cute apparel this is your spot.
I’ve come here a couple of times to shop for jewelry and they have some amazing sales if you walk in at the right time. It is a little overpriced in my opinion but that’s because I’m such a bargain shopper. I just can’t seem to stay away from this little shop so I give in… lol
Their sizes range from small to large and nothing bigger than that from what I browsed through. It seems it’s more geered towards the petite size. These are the moments I wish I was a size 6 but I can’t complain. I embrace all my curves because you should love your body no matter what gals!
They have a wide range of jewelry along with accessories such as belts, shoes and handbags!
You are always greeted by friendly staff and the music just motivates your thunder to get that shopping done.
Last night I saw the cutest dresses that could be worn to special events, a night out on the town or something simple for the weekend. I give them four stars for the overall layout, so organized and have great pieces you could wear and be reassured that you won’t see a double on the street. Great selection…

What a great, fun store! I was greeted immediately, but left alone to peruse what they had to offer.
This is the perfect place to stop if you have a need for a cute pair of shoes. It’s organized and spaced out, so you’re not overwhelmed. Not only does it offer a great selection, their shoes are also priced quite reasonably. You’d be able to find a pair of flats or heels for $ 20 to $ 30. They even offer boots for $ 30 to $ 40. Can’t beat that.
They also offer a pretty good selection of jewelry, along with bra accessories. Be sure to check out their sale/​clearance selection on the back wall!

I had an eye exam appointment next door, at Eyedeal Eyewear,
and I decided to spend some time before my exam shopping!
I had never seen Willa before, so I decided to check it out.
I noticed right off the bat that the store had a good selection
of colorful high heel shoes and unique accessories.
Soon afterward, I noticed a cute pair of flat shoes,
with heart shapes edged into the sides of the shoes,
and even more hearts above the toe area.
Laura was working the store this evening.
And she was helpful in helping me find the
right shoe size for these cute pair of shoes.
We checked out, and I thought nothing of it.
My day was full of little errands after I left the store…
After the eye exam, it was dinner, after dinner
I picked up my kitten, after that I stopped by the grocery store.
While spending time with my family that evening,
I decided to unveil to them my new pair of shoes.
My mother picked up the shoe, said it was cute,
and seconds later her tone of voice turned angry,
and critical as she saw the soles of the shoes
were black, with toe marks beneath them, all pointing
to that someone had worn the shoes before.
It was about 8:30pm, I called Willa Shoes, Laura
answered the phone. She swore that no one had
ever worn the shoes that I had just purchased,
that I could expect no refund but store credit. She
also said that I could exchange the shoes if I wanted to.
I asked her if customers are allowed to wear shoes
outside of the store. She said no.
There’s no doubt about it, the bottom of the soles looked
as if they were worn on pavement, where it collected oil
and other black substances to darken the whole bottom
of the shoe (see photos). It does not look natural or like something that would occur with just trying shoes on inside of a shoe store.
The following day, I spoke with the manager about the shoes.
She told me that the black «stains» on the shoe were actually dirt embedded in the ridges of the shoe. A few scrubs with a cloth later and much of the «stains» disappeared. Still, it is surprising that the soles of shoes could get so dirty, they appear as if they had been warn.
While I was upset this happened in the first place,
I give the staff a B+ for trying to make amends.
The manager tried to locate another store with
my shoe and shoe size. She even cleaned the
shoes for me so they’d look better.
Still, it’s quite unusual for the soles of shoes to get so dirty from people just trying the shoe on.

This place was pretty wonderful. My friend went here with a specific goal of finding a toned down ring and she accomplished it. The help here was… super helpful! They played 90s kickback music which was fun. The accessories were really nice. They also had some random shapewear. Most of the necklaces and rings that I looked at were in the $ 20-​$ 30 range, and looked pretty unique.
I had already hit my shopping budget limit so I didn’t buy anything but this place is awesome and I’ll be back if I have issues matching accessories to an outfit for a wedding.
