I’ve been working here at this location for over 7 years now. The reason I’ve been here so long is because we don’t view people as customers or even guests like many restaurants do. We want to be family. We want to be your Tuesday spot for double wings, your Friday spot for $ 2 margaritas and your watering hole 7 days a week.
You can get wings at a number of places and yes, sometimes they come out cold. Sometimes they take longer than at other times. And sometimes you don’t get the attention you want because that table next to you thinks that they are the only table in the restaurant. But those are the exception, not the rule. And believe me, from the staff’s point of view we want everything to be perfect so please, if your food is cold, let your server know right away and we will be more than happy to fix your order! Because we want you to come back. Regularly. So regularly that your server knows your order before you even sit down and knows exactly what your kids wants to drink even when you don’t.

The sides were hot and fresh and arrived 20 minutes before the wings. That is truly why it only received one star. The wings were cold and barely had any sauce. I saw them sitting in the window. I complained to the manager and she didn’t seem to care that we had to return over half of the wings. Our first thought was to go to Wingstop but we were persuaded by people who say they have the best Wings. Save your money it’s not worth the «specials» they use to capture customers.

I would give them 5 stars but their beer is too expensive. Our favorite waiter Paul, is awesome.
They recently remodeled and the place looks good. We love to drink a few big willies when we go but they are over priced. Hope they come up with some beer specials soon!

My fave place to get wings on Tuesday. 2 for Tuesday. Huge wings. They do not skimp you here. Leslie is always so nice and helpful. On Thursday they have two for one boneless that are equally as good. Chili cheese fries are do die for.
Fast service. I don’t care how packed they are you get you wings fast. They are always so hot and good.
This is my favorite place to get wings for sure.
Damm I’m getting hungry and want some right now.

This place was an utter disappointment.
Tuesday night driving home from work and hunger pangs. I opted to order wings as I remembered this place was supposedly known for their 2 for 1 wing special. I ordered 8 hot wings and 8 bbq wings. I was advised that the wings should be ready in 10 – 15 minutes.
I arrived and wings were ready in to go boxes. I noticed that the waiter had 4 to go containers boxed and I was peculiar that this was one too many boxes for 16 wings. Come to find out that they had given me someone else’s order in addition to mine. Maybe I should have kept my mouth shut but this is where the problem began. So they took out 2 boxes and ranch dressing out of bag and advised me that it is corrected.
I arrived home and noticed that one box had wings that were definitely mild and the other box had lemon pepper wings. At this point I knew that they took out the wrong boxes from my order. I thought honesty and truth shall set you free! but I was burdened LMAO. Furthermore, they took out the ranch dressing and did not bag it back with my order.
Another major disappointment was the size of the wings. I kid you not when I say that the size of wings was barely the size of my pinky. It looked like they came from some sick hen. The wings tasted horrible and there was some funky smell coming from the lemon pepper wings. Upon close inspection, it seemed like the oil that was used to fry them might have been old and stale. I was too tired to call them or drive back to have the order corrected. Judging by the previous reviews, it seems like this establishment is notorious for its service failures.

I’m pretty sure this will be out last time here. We have given them so many chances and the food is decent as are the prices and lunch specials but the service is just deplorable. Even the manager appears lost and does not follow thru with tables. The servers are inattentive and never to be found. As I indicated we have given this restaurant plenty of opportunity but haven’t been remotely satisfied for a long time. Goodbye wings n more.

This is closest place that I know that got big tvs and its not a bar. Lots of tvs around the place. My boyfriend and I come here to watch the games or fights. Food is decent. It’s wings! On the table there is a game special menu.
We order the sport special $ 29.99. 25 wings, fries, 2 drinks. Its a really good deal. They give celery & ranch as well. We get half medium buffalo wings & half dry lemon pepper. Ask for dry wings or it will be doused with butter and sauce. I prefer dry than wet.

Great food like always. Margaritas were good but needed some more liquor. Waitresses were nice too. Will return every now and then on the days with specials.

Horrible horrible horrible! Do NOT come here if you are in a hurry or want someone serving you over the age of 18. Our waitress was dumber than dirt and couldn’t understand a simple order. I had to get the manager to help and then they still didn’t get it right! UGH, so frustrating! I will NOT be back here at all.
On a brighter note, they finally replaced the nasty carpet they had for years in there and it doesn’t smell like dirty mop water so much any more… still not going back!

here on their menu it states in writing under specials home of two for tuesday we double your wings on orders of up to 50 wings. dressing and celery is additional. but they refuse to give you what it states on their menu!!! they argue and try to make you feel stupid like you dont know what it states like you dont know how to read!!! they argue what they put on their own menu in their own words!!!
the manager chris is not up to pleasing anyone instead of caring for his customers he cares to be correct and put you in your place!!!
i wish a lawyer would go in their and tell them thats false advertising!!! these people make so much money on their expensive food and can not even up date their bathrooms, let alone their restaurant, they are disgustingly nasty!!! they gave us a dirty sticky table, to go with our dirty plates and cups!!! this place needs a health inspector to close it down till they can get their act right!!! it would be much more successful with the right changes! i will be contacting the health board and bbb!!!

It was pretty packed since it was a Tuesday. They had a special where you buy x amount and they double it. The honey BBQ was way to sweet that I didn’t even need ranch. The lemon pepper had some butter sauce which I thought was good but I felt like there was too much butter on it. The waiter was okay. He didn’t really check on the refills that often but he was friendly. They do charge you a dollar for a tiny cup of ranch so beware!

You ever had a busy day and decide to pick up dinner instead, in an effort to save some time? Well that was my plan on my most recent visit here. This is the closest location near me and for some unknown reason I forget how horrid the service here is. I have come here a number of times and every time it’s a fail!
After spending an hour and a half in Houston traffic commuting across town, then have to make my way to two schools and finally head out to pick up dinner. Your first thought is Drive Thru.
Well I pull up to the drive thru already knowing what I’m going to order. I then wait, wait and wait «HELLO» I say, and nothing. So I wait a bit more and then wait more. A good 10 mins pass so I figured why not call them instead, yes while I sit and wait in the Drive thru. Surprise, they actually do answer the phone. So I politely ask, if anyone is working the drive thru. The confused lady asks me to just pull up and place my order at the window. Then back to waiting so I eventually decide to park.
I make my way and park take the little ones out to join me on my wait now on the inside. I walk in and find three staff members all chit chatting, laughing and one on her phone texting all three just chilling behind the counter.
I’m eventually greeted and place my order then politely mention the fact that this was now my third attempt to place my order since the drive thru was a fail. One of the three ladies just simply walks away as the other two just go back and continue to their conversation as if I was not even there.
I take a seat utterly frustrated at this point and wait. Finally my order is ready. I grab, go, run load the car and make my way home. Then only to fine out they didn’t even get my order right! So yet again another fail.
So spare your self the agony and go somewhere else. Mind you this is maybe the fourth time this drive thru situation has happened to me at this location. I even spoke to the manager once and he assured me it would NEVER happen again. So I’m officially done coming to this location.

You can’t walk in and expect great food — you just can’t. It’s cheap and fried and that’s exactly how it tastes.
Our waitress was great, but the place is a hole. I had black flakes in my ice, our fried boudin balls smelled fishy, a couple of guys were vaping in their booth while visiting with their waiter/​friend AND some guy pissed behind his car right next to the restaurant. I literally think I’ll be ill with food poisoning tonight. Never, ever wasting cash here again.

my first time to try here & I easily fell inlove with place. I like the interior and everything and Alejandro is very accommodating. I love it. I’ll be back here

Wrestlemania is show on the TV is the only good thing about this run down place. Our waitress was very nice also keep the drinks filled!!! The bathroom SMELLED like PISS and needs a major update. Wings at a wing place were OVERCOOKED?

Wings are great. The watermelon margarita was delicious. Service is very friendly. Extensive bar. Atmosphere is laid back and fun. Great little place to relax and have wings and a cold beer.

Smallest wings I’ve ever seen, very little meat on them. I will say they were cooked nicely if only they had meat on them. My fries were served luke warm and they were as disappointing as my wings. I will not return!
In addition their wifi does not work and according to one of the waitresses it never works. That’s a great inside perspective of what type of restaurant this is.
Wet naps or wet wipes, no they don’t have those either. Pathetic!!!
Wish I could change this from one star to zero.

The food is pretty good. Okay. so I know it’s a fried food type place but they have VERY good fried mushrooms and pickles. Not drenched on grease nor or they salty. It’s pretty cool they have both of my favorite appetizers and they are full of grease! A+!! The ranch is Hidden Valley! Sooo its pretty Yummy! I don’t eat ranch but when I do its with my hot wings. The lemon pepper wings are like the ones at Wingstop. The cool thing about wings here are you can order them with different levels of spice. Example: lemon pepper mild can be ordered in hot, medium as well. But it does change the taste. (buffalo sauce seasoning is added for more spice.) I didn’t really care for the Buffalo sauce on top of my lemon pepper. the curly fries are kinda on the bland side. the cheese is a cheesy sauce like nacho cheese. Paul I believe was our waiter tonight (tall Caucasian guy with a buzz cut and cool AX frames). Tonight was his 2^nd time helping us and both times he was attentive and nice. He had refills for me on my half sweet half unsweet tea with lemon without me having to ask. How awesome is that? I do like the humongous booths available for large parties.
Thanks Paul for a nice 2^nd visit at the restaurant. No 5^th star because… Okay. so the restrooms could be remodeled… they don’t smell pleasant or look very clean. I don’t believe they have a baby changing station. Good thing my twins are 3 and potty trained.

You know. I was all ready to give this place a 4 star review until I ran head on into management. I am not one to focus on the little things when reviewing a spot but when management get involved for a customer service experience… then I have to question everything.
Okay so I usually pickup at the drive thru when I come here but recently I’ve been coming inside where I found that the wings of course taste better when fresher. Well this time not only did they not have any flats as we requested but the drummets we received was cold. But… okay…fine…I let that slide…
So I’m watching the game in what I considered the perfect spot. I’m eating my cold wings and out of nowhere they begin opening up the window blinds behind the TV I was watching. So now I’m looking up at the sun shinning through the window which totally blinded my TV watching experience. So I asked my server to please close 2 of them like they were. She did, (Thanks Yamilet) but the manager ordered them open again. So a 2^nd person opens them.
I asked closed again… they closed them and told the manager a customer asked for them closed. 3^rd person comes and opens them. I look in the kitchen and management is now laughing about it. Really?! So I asked the server again WTF and she was like I don’t get it either and closed them… manager himself.opens. So at this point I said fine… they are going to pay for it. She brings me a comment card. I said no I’m going to a higher source, these guys need to know the power of customer service and of course… Unilocal. So…1 star for the nice waitress who tried to fight for me and nothing for the A-​hole management team who sits in the kitchen messing with customers as if it’s a game.
I’m tipping my server… well…but this review is exclusively for management.
