Wow really great place for some delicious wings! Every time I come the customer service is excellent! The manager is wonderful I think it’s the manager! Very friendly environment even though outside the store doesn’t look so safe! Besides that everything in the store is great! Very clean too! Definitely will be back more than once!

I really enjoyed the flavors of the wings at Wing Stop. We ordered a 20 pc. with three flavors. We had mild, BBQ and garlic parmasean. I really liked the mild flavor the best. The fries had a sweetness to them but were really good. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a to go order. The flavors were better than other places in the area. Thought the prices were a little high and everything is an extra with an extra cost. I would go back for the wings but maybe look into their daily specials.

Loveeee Wing Stop, but the service at this location is bleh. Forget the special orders, or extra seasoning. You will not get that. Order in advance! This is a busy location.

I love wingstop but hate this location. They act and answer the phone as if they don’t want to be there. Food always take forever. All other places so it’ll be ready in 14 minutes. Kirkwood say 20 – 30. They’re so unprofessional. I call up there because they gave me the wrong food. There was no apology then she gets an attitude with me like I’m holding her up. Then ask if I’m going to come back up there. Like are you delivering now

I had a good to go experience here! It wasn’t busy on the day that I went, so my wait time was about 15 – 20 minutes.
The employee greeted me as I came in and took my order. He repeated my order to make sure that he got everything correct, which he did. I asked for Cajun seasoned fries, and that’s exactly what I got!
The wings were cooked just right, and seasoned perfectly. The Cajun fries were spicy, like how I wanted. I recommend asking for that if you want something different from their usual sweet fries, although those are amazing already.

Gotta love chicken!
Cons:
–Busy, Busy, Busy… But if you call in your order you will feel a sense of satisfaction.
–They won’t let you mix two flavors to make one.
–The location is not the finest
–Sometimes they can just be hit or miss.
Pros:
–They don’t charge for all flats.
— They will give you extra fry seasoning (like a whole container full)
–Fast pick up
–Lemon Pepper Wings will have you smacking!

The 3 star review is exclusively for their wings! No matter the flavor no matter whether they are bone in or bone out they are really delicious. The reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is because I feel this place could use a few upgrades here or there. It’s been here forever and has barely had any new touches. Another reason is because yes although their wings are delicious they are not always consistent. For example today’s order can be crispy and delicious with the right amount of sauce and seasonings/​spices and tomorrow’s order might be soggy and oily and not sauced enough. But hands down, either way, I’ll eat their wings anyway any day! Cajun, atomic, lemon pepper (for sure) and garlic parm are some of the best flavors here.

These wings are awesome! The Cajun wings are my favorite. What I like about this location is that the staff is always friendly, and greets each customer with a smile. The inside is small so they’re not good for large groups. They have several TV’s so you can catch the news or the game while you wait. Overall it’s best to get your wings to go. The fries are okay. They sprinkle them with sugar so they’re kind of sweet. Not bad just different. Try them because you might like them. I’ll stick to the wings.

My mind was blown by a chicken wing. I agree the strip mall is super sketchy so maybe don’t pop by late night solo. And I agree that the fries were subpar at best. That said I’m not going for fries — it’s called «wing» stop — I want wings

This location looks a bit run down on the outside but on the inside is pretty standard Wingstop the staff is nice and pleasant. I typically order the Parmesan this location does a pretty good job the season isn’t sitting on top like some locations.
I usually get takeout only, this location is pretty small. All in all, you get what you pay for.

This wing spot is in a some what run down strip between Briar Forest and Westheimer. Although you’re bound to deal with potholes coming and going you can’t beat the late night cat calls down the strip from the local pub.
I always receive speedy service from this location. They haven’t messed up an order yet and are extremely giving with the sauces and sides unlike other locations that will make you pay for them.
Although this location is basically the same distance from the other on Dairy Ashford and Memorial I prefer to come here because of their fancy pants drink machine. I’m addicted to the Minute Maid Strawberry Lemonade. Its all sweet with strawberry chunks. for some reason the other location doesn’t have this machine.
All in all I pretty much expect the same quality of food from Wing Stop regardless of the time of day you dine or pick up to go and they haven’t let me down.
