Almost a week ago I came to this bigby. I come here usually every friday, Saturday, and sunday I am a manager at a restraunt and all I have to say is if one of my employees ever said what this employee said to me. That person would be gone. As I made my original order, since I WAS a regular, I pulled up and realize I forgot my wallet. I quickly ran inside and told the employee that KNOWS who I am and he said some pretty harsh statements to me, and as I began to walk towards the door after apologizing a substantial amount of times, he began talking negatively about me. I will not be returning. Sorry that I didn’t realize that my wallet that is usually in my purse wasn’t there and it was such a inconvenience for you. Trust me it will never happen again.

I come through here regularly. For the most part, the staff is genuinely kind and friendly. I’ve had two instances recently where my latte was not decaf although I asked for it that way. It’s a problem for me if it’s not decaf so I’ve had to dump the drinks. This seems to be a recent issue so I’m hoping it clears up.

Quick, clean and friendly. That’s all you need for a good coffee place. Oh and their coffee is delicious :)

Clean, friendly, cozy, great staff. Need to fix their wi-fi though, we usually connect to the AT&T store’s wi-fi…

Excellent coffee. Hot Cold or frozen. There is a tasted for every craving. Just wish they had salads and sandwiches to go with my coffee.
