I only patronized this location out of the sheer convenience of its closeness to my house; a choice made in the early morning hours when my cognitive processes are not fully operational enough to convince me that yes, it is worth driving a couple minutes down the road to the other one. 1) Coffee is habitually weak 2) The two men that operate the registers make me sad. You can tell that they absolutely hate their job, the customers, and their co-workers. They have girl time and talk about getting high while the customer waits. Happens every time they’re working. 3) They close early. I’m confused, because all indications are that they’re 24hr. However, 100% of the time I’ve gone there past 9:30, they were closed or closing. 4) Rude: There are employees there who will NOT greet you, acknowledge that you’ve ordered something, mumble/grunt the total, pull out their phone and send a text before giving you back your change(which they screw up), make your coffee wrong, grab the wrong donuts, act like it’s your fault, and never, ever, ever, say«Thank you» or «You’re welcome.» Specifically it’s the two males who are up front all the time: one white with blonde hair and the other an Iranian with some small amateur tattoos — I don’t care about race, it’s just that they suck and I don’t know their names.

This is hands down the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. If I stop here I usually go through the drive thru. More often then not my coffee is either wrong or taste completely burnt. My coffee is what helps me get my day started, so when it’s a bad coffee it’s a bad day. I don’t know if the staff realizes how rude they are when taking your order or if they just don’t care. When you order they rudely respond with a sigh and an «anything else.» Maybe the staff should take a class on common manners. I have worked in the food industry for years and I would never speak to a costumer like that. Thankfully there is more then one Dunkin’ Donuts in howell. And just a helpful hint, always count your change when leaving because they love to short you.

I usually use the drive thru at this location and service was always good. Recently, I made the mistake of going into the store on a Sunday afternoon to have ice cream and I wish that I didn’t. The place was absolutely filthy. The floors, tables, windows, everything was disgusting. We took our ice cream and left — it was better to eat in the car. The tables were dirty, the glass on the door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Never again.

This is the worst DD in Howell, NJ. They always manage to mess you order up and their coffee is very weak. They need to retrain their staff on how to make coffee, just like Starbucks did.

One of the worst DDs in New Jersey. I have lived all over the state and I have been to many. I order my coffee the same way everyday and it’s made wrong at least 75% of the time. Staff is young and seem to lack much needed adult supervision. I recently stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the 5 drive through workers ignored me. A young man who just got off shift and was wearing a dirty white tank top walked by me, made himself a sundae at the BR section and walked out from behind the counter and went out the door while I waited. It’s worth the extra drive to any of the other nearby DDs as this one is awful.

One of the reasons I like the East Coast is the DD. Everywhere, I mean the only place I could have DD in Cali was if I was at the the Marine Base in Pendleton. anyway. I am happy my DD in so close to me and I hit it daily on my commute to work and at least once on the weekend. The thing is morning is to me busy busy right? so why does it seem that the staff sometimes is too busy goofing off to get my orders right. I keep gettng shorted on those delishuuusssss hash brown bites. what gives? think I dont count cuz my order is big? uhh ya !! cuz I commute with coworkers and I pick up breakfast for them. so if they are short on thier HB’s, they are not happy and I have to hear them yapp about it all the way to work. and that makes me not happy. On a good note, you never screw my personal order and that good for you! The Lucky Mint coolata SOMUCHBETTERTHENSHAMROCKSHAKES! I rest my case. I love you DD…

Dropped by here the other day for an Iced Latte on the run. Went through their drive through and got exactly what I ordered. I have nothing bad to say about this place. They had plenty of parking and what appeared to be a big dining area. I have no idea how it looked inside, but I am sure they are on top of their game.

I am a huge Dunkin Donuts fan! It’s close by to my parents house, has a quick drive thru, and also has the Baskin Robbins attached. The drive thru line is usually pretty long during«rush hour» but it moves pretty quickly. Since I don’t live in Howell anymore, I only randomly stop in for a snack… but I have never had poor service or been disappointed with what I ordered.
