Starbucks

They spelled my name correctly without me having to enunciate it or spell it out for them. I feel like I can conquer the world now lol
The staff is very courteous. This location always gets my orders right the first time! I just wish all Starbucks were just bigger. I felt claustrophobic.

I love this location. I get a consistently great Americano EVERY time. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. They remember your name and how you like your coffee prepared. I visit at least 5 various locations every week throughout NJ and this is one of best

The best chain coffee restaurant. I would rate it 5 stars, but Rook Coffee Roasters is the best around. Fairly expensive.

Since they hired a lot of new staff, this place has become a nightmare to get a coffee. There is a ridiculously long wait for a regular coffee. Don’t ever ask for a pour over because the coffee will taste awful! They messed up the americano almost every time I’ve ordered one so I don’t bother anymore. I also had multiple situations where they forgot what I ordered which is just bizarre. It’s such a shame because this Starbucks went so far down hill so quickly all because most of the staff is brand new. I try to avoid this Starbucks now and will even drive up to the Barnes and noble for coffee instead. I’m giving it three stars though because when one of the managers is on or the people who have been there, the service is great.

I have been coming to this particular Starbucks more and more, and it’s worth it every time. I love that I see the same familiar faces when I walk in and they are always willing to greet me with a smile.
The barista with the gauges helped me again today, and was, as always, very kind and helpful.
