Brendan was friendly. Welcomed us to the store. Asked if we needed help with anything. He was very knowledgeable knew exactly what I was looking to purchase. There was no tilt of the head or selling me a case that would not fix the NEW Nintendo 3DS XL like Justin in Ocean store did. How do you work in a game store and not know what is the correct item. Ughh. Again, thank you Brendan for all your help. You rock!
