Very good sales. 9⁄10 times I get a very sweet cashier checking me out and they always take returns. Even if you lost the reciept and you took the tags off(as long as you have it on your card your fine).

A year ago I would have given Kohl’s a higher rating but they’ve slipped a lot in my eyes. The store is usually very messy, although I get it’s tough to keep up with customers who toss things everywhere. You can get some awesome deals here if you rummage through. My biggest problem is their sales where they offer Kohl’s cash(which is VERY frequently). Used to be they would honor Kohl’s cash even after it expired. The last time I went there I was 2 days past the expiration date because I had been on vacation. They lost my business that day when they refused to honor it.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on and they messed up my order, sending me a pair of kids’ pajamas in place of the Christmas gift I’d ordered for my mom, and giving me a 15% discount instead of the 30% discount I’d typed in. I went to the store to try to exchange the item for the one I’d tried to order and adjust my discount. They didn’t have the item in the store so I waited on the customer service line for 20 minutes to get a refund. I explained the issue to a very grouchy and unsympathetic cashier who said she’d return the pajamas but couldn’t do anything about the online discount; I’d have to call . I said I thought that was pretty ridiculous considering I’d just wasted a bunch of time shopping their store and 20 minutes waiting on line only to be out a Christmas gift — because of their mistake. Her response? «I don’t care.» Eventually her manager stepped in, who was standing next to her the whole time, and had me repeat the story. He reiterated that there was nothing he could do and that I’d have to call . At this point I was ready to throw in the towel, but I told him I didn’t appreciate her telling me she didn’t «care» about the issue their company had created for me. His response? «Well, I didn’t hear that.» I was pretty calm and polite until that moment. That was the last insult I was willing to tolerate from someone in a customer service position. I don’t care how good Kohls prices are — I will NEVER shop there again.

Newer, and more organized version of the Marlboro store. Same good Kohls deals! HAven’t had to deal with customer service here yet. Hopefully, they are a little faster than the MArlboro store.
