Arby’s

Going to Arby’s really makes me miss Lion’s Choice in St. Louis but we do not have that here in Wisconsin and sometimes I’m just hankering for a hot roast beef sandwich with some liquid cheese — I have been sick all weekend and yet still craving meat so I ran to the store to pick up a few things and saw the big penis shaped hat/​logo Arby sign calling out to be. They also had a 2 for 5.00 special advertised so I decided that would be dinner.
I placed my order from the comfort of my warm car and pulled around only to find they did not ring up two of my sandwiches. I asked when the price was so low and they are like oh we did not get the fish that will be a wait please pull around. I waited and pissed around on my phone for 15 minutes while my fish sandwich was prepared.
To their credit — they came out to the car and thanked me for the wait and included a few free combo meal offers in my bag for the trouble.
Arby’s is okay once-​in-​awhile – I sure wish they would bring back the baked potato option they used to have.

Arbys is kind of expensive but this location atleast always has good food and is clean. The sandwiches are put together well, they are hot, and plenty of roast beef was between the bun. I had a side salad with my beef and cheddar which made a satisfying lunch. I like having the option of choosing different sides. Left pleased and will continue going back when in the area.

Was recommend by a friend to try the chicken salad sandwich. Very disappointed in the very bland taste.

Arby’s is not exactly my first choice in fast food… my road trip diner-​ies normally involve a lot of McDonalds or Subways, but I was convinced to stop by this cute one in Hudson on the way to Madison.
This is, I suppose, what you expect from fast food. Decent, not amazing; but certainly not terrible. About a 3 star average. A 4^th nominated due to cleanliness and service (speedy and friendly), though it will may striped when the owner dies.
The Jamocha Oreo shake was surprisingly quite delicious, but very sweet. FYI, the «small» comes with just Oreo topping, whist the «medium» comes with chocolate syrup around the cup *and* Oreo on top *and* bottom. It’s a simple choice really.
I got a chicken bacon swiss, and I was really excited about it until I tasted a honey mustard. Um, where did it say it came with that? My friends tried to convince me that it’s totally «normal» to have honey mustard on a bacon chicken burger… oh? Either way, I complained and Arby’s had no problems making me a fresh new one minus honey mustard. Yay!
All in all, I still think that if you’re looking for a rest stop with bathroom as the primary purpose, MickyD’s is still the way to go. :)
