Bill Cahill’s Super Subs

The subs are enormous! Their small is most shops large. The service is quick and the food tastes great! My wife wishes she had that staff in her resturaunt. The only downside they close early Saturday, and Sunday’s.

Not what it used to be, and the cranky guy who is always there acts like he’s doing you favor by coming in.
Too bad it went this way.

Came in on a Saturday around 2 p.m. It was extremely busy and very disorganized. It was completely run by teenagers. We were pleased by how calm they were. Although it was busy and disorganized the subs came out great and exactly as ordered. I got the steak egg and cheese. I think it was the best sub I have ever eaten. The bread was awesome and the steak was lean and not fatty at all. My boyfriend got the steak bomb and he loved it. We will definitely be back again as its close to benson park!

Good quality, portions, price. All are killer here at the greatest sub shop in New Hampshire.

Never thought I would find a great sub place outside the city. This place is now one of my favs. Right up there with Milanos and Carlos in East Boston I would highly recommend this place and a must try if you are in the area Service is quick and food is fabulous!!!

Been coming here since Main Street, Nashua, many many moons ago. Always been the best steak and cheese around! Fresh, delicious, cheeziness with plenty o’ steak, perfect chew of the roll as the vessel delivering the hunk of burning love from table to mouth.
You can’t go wrong here.

Amazing subs, horribly rude owner/​staff. I’m not even done placing my phone order (two simple cheese steaks, not too difficult) and I hear the phone click. And that’s when you can even get through. If you are busy, and you know you are that busy, perhaps an additional phone line and a more pleasant attitude?

We keep a short list of eating establishments that we’d like to try when opportunities arise. We were in Hudson today running errands and hadn’t had lunch yet. Bill Cahill’s Super Subs was on our list, so we decided to check it out. Based on all of the positive reviews of the Steak Bomb, we went with that. I’m going to echo some other reviews…
The pros: The bread was very fresh. The sandwich was loaded with steak, and it was very tender. The staff was efficient and the place was clean.
A little constructive criticism: The meat wasn’t seasoned at all, it completely lacked flavor. There were a few bites that exploded with flavor, sadly they were few and were also the last of the bites because the cheese and salami were on the bottom only. Would be SO much better if they were mixed throughout. This would make up for the meat not having any seasoning.
Our sandwich experience was just average.

Just got a mushroom cheesesteak, they are now 10 bucks! Not like they used to be and haven’t gone back since they went up to 9 bucks, now, it makes it even worse! Used to be my favorite for a sub now I am never going back, no meat! My new place and this might surprise you, Market Basket!!! I get a steak special w/​everything on it for 8 bucks and it’s packed with meat! BTW it was 5 pm and no one was there at Cahill’s. maybe people are getting it.

This place has great, giant subs. They’re also really quick with the subs. Some of the staff, specifically the older guys, can be rude and act as if the customer is a pain but I’m able to ignore this because the subs are so good. The old guys also don’t like it when you use a credit card and they make it known.

I’ve been eating here since I was a kid. The subs haven’t changed in my 26 years of life. The best steak and cheese I’ve ever had. I make it a point to get a sub whenever I make my way back to NH.

It’s definitely time to update my review of Cahill’s. We’re now in the habit of phoning in our order soon after they open on the days we want subs for lunch. While orders requesting NO salt or pepper are often ignored, I’m increasing Cahill’s rating by a star because the overall consistency of size and quality of the subs at lunchtime has been very good. This place is busy for a reason, you know, so it pays to be patient even if you didn’t call ahead and have to wait a little bit. Everything at Cahill’s is prepared by order. You’ll find no warming trays here!

Super bombs! Wish they had more veggie and lean stuff. Oddly placed — check, local legend– check awesome food — check. What’s not to try? A local landmark with employee friendly timings, BC Bombs are savory, freshly made and quick. Wish they allowed some customization but given their limited parking, they prefer efficiency.

Great subs! A Hudson landmark! It’s cash only though so go prepared! Friendly service and quality subs! Take –out only.

This place is amazing! They are quick and efficient! They never write down an order but they get everything on your sub that you need. They pike on the meats and condiments! Plus everyone is so friendly. There’s just nothing bad you can about this place!
So stop in and enjoy!

Without a doubt the best subs in the area. I always get the steak bomb because it is seriously awesome. My daughter likes the turkey sub. The subs are very generously stuffed with meat and veggies. The service is fast.
Now the cons:
The inside is cramped and there’s very little seating.
There’s hardly any parking.
The menu is limited to mostly just subs.
It’s in a very out of the way spot and you’d probably never see it driving by.
But ya know what? None of that matters. Order for take out, type the directions into the GPS, park up on the curb and go get the best subs in NH.

Cahill’s has been in Hudson for as long as I can remember.
Always great subs. Got the Roast Beef today and it was excellent. They have great toppings and the sandwiches are huge. Now that Spring is here again we go to Cahill’s get a sub and picnic at Benson’s. Just wish you were open Sundays so we could do that on Sunday also.

I found this place on Unilocal killing time for a hockey game.
Steaks seem to be the overwhelming favorite but I found. Positive chicken parm review so thats what I went with.
The sandwich tastes great.
They do not have the capability to toast sandwiches
But the bread was fresh, chicken was homemade
And I guess you have to request your sandwich to be cut in half.
Overall I’d recommend it if your hungry

I remember going to Cahills with my dad when I was younger. I was obsessed with the steak and cheese subs. I still am, only now I make it a steak bomb. I came here with my boyfriend today and we both really enjoyed it. My only thing is that I really like all the cheese incorporated into the meat instead of just on the bottom of the bun. It makes it harder to get everything into one delicious perfect bite. But other than that, it was spot on. I always recommend cahills for the best subs :)
