Briggs Auto Service

We discovered Briggs when they were new in town through the sale of their savings card and have been using them exclusively since. They have been honest and perform quality service. The savings card is a great value and has paid off in spades! I would definitely recommend them!

I am a single Mom, of course concerned about being taking advantage of when taking a vehicle into a repair shop. I was so pleased with Briggs Auto Service that I can’t say enough about them. I had no idea what was wrong with car when I first pulled the vehicle on the lot. Within 15 min. I was told what was wrong, how long it would take to fix. I am very pleased with the outstanding level of professionalism I was treated with. The shop is a privately owned, and you don’t feel like your bothering them, taking up too much of their time when asking questions. Matt Briggs the owner, is very nice and will make sure your vehicle is fixed correctly before you leave. I was working with a warranty company and found that some auto repair shops did not want to work with me, not only did Matt work with me, he made all the calls and handled everything for me. I would recomend them to anyone without hesitation

They had very friendly service and they were accommodating when I needed help getting my tuck dropped off and depending on them to get myself and my two young kids back to our house so we didn’t have to wait in the waiting room. They even dropped the truck off later in the day at my house, so we wouldn’t have to try to find a ride to get the truck back. They saved me the hassle of moving car seats and dealing with fussy kids in a waiting room, that is priceless. Their prices seemed fair and everything that needed to be fixed on my truck was clearly explained. Overall it was a great experience and I would go back.
