Tires Plus

I needed a battery for my 2010 Chevy Silverado. I checked the Interstate Battery website for the battery I needed. Interstate showed the battery with a list price of $ 185.95 and I could order it from their website for $ 161.95. The website showed Tires Plus as the only dealer in Wisconsin in my area, so I gave them a call.
The price quoted over the phone was $ 123.95 and an additional $ 9.99 if I wanted them to install it. I asked how busy they were (Saturday afternoon) and they said busy, but they would take care of me.
I arrived at Tires Plus and within the next 5 minutes a bay opened up and they got the truck right in. Changing out the battery only took a few minutes and I was all done and on my way within 20 minutes of walking in.
Great job, Tires Plus! I feel I got a great deal on the battery and installation and the service was excellent!

My husbands vehicle recently had a flat tire. Because he has a fleet vehicle he is required to use certain repair facilities and this is the only local one that does tires. For our personal vehicles we use a full service local repair. I had my 9 month old son with me and after 30+ minutes he started getting antsy so we started walking around the waiting room. Imagine my surprise when I looked in the shop window and instead of working on the tire 2 of the 3 employees there were looking at a baseball bat. They were looking at it so in– depth they actually had a flash light out and we’re evaluating it under the flashlight. One of those 2 guys was the guy that was supposed to be repairing my tire. An hour in the service writer asks me «are you sure it was the front passenger tire??» My response was I am sure it WASNT that tire! they wasted an hour of my life messing around and didn’t even have the correct tire off the vehicle. I don’t plan on EVER using this store for our personal vehicles and in the future will try to get even the fleet vehicle to a different shop if tires come up again.

Went here after getting a nail in my tire. They managed to break off one of my tire bolts and claimed it was «cross threaded». They then proceeded to try to charge me $ 40 labor to replace it. The week prior my boyfriend had gotten his tire repaired here and they didn’t put it back on his car (leaving just the spare) and never reinflated the repaired tire.

they did a Good fair job on my Van Oil Change and Tire Rotation & Did Not try to sell me a bunch of other Stuff I Don’t Need or Want !

After hitting something (unknown) with my car, I was in need of not only a new tire but also a new rim. Some a**hole dropped something right before the bridge to Hudson and about three cars had flats. Well I was lucky enough to have a local guy put on my donut and then lead me to this Tires Plus. While they didn’t have the rim I needed (because my car is a ’96), they were nice enough to look up a salvage yard that had the right rim for cheap. And they weren’t pushy about trying to get me to order the rim from them.
