I was greatly impressed with the proactive customer service at this Home Depot. I’ve never been in a Home Depot that I’ve found the layout to be confusing or just difficult to navigate, and this location fit the mold of easy to get around.
Not withstanding the good customer service, I just love it when employees are affable enough to talk with you as if you’ve been a regular for years. Definitely comforting. Or maybe it’s just a Wisconsin thing?

We bought our washer and dryer here. We bought the fancy new front loading LG type. We are very happy with our washers. And I believe we got free delivery with our purchase, but the free delivery came with guys who tracked mud into my home (which was interesting because it wasn’t even raining or anything… I have no clue where he got all the mud from), and the sales people were really not very attentive. They also tried to overcharge us… it was really complicated, their system of creating an order in back and then bringing that up front to be rung up. It was a good thing my husband caught the errors, I wouldn’t have. There are all sorts of extra charges that are not included in the price of the machines.
