I had 2 tickets for e-moviecash…they did not honor it! Theguy(owner I think) was very rude. Said he hadn’t accepted that for over 15 years. How to make friends and influence people. Class A jerk!

Going there tonight. Its a bit retro and goes outside the mainstream. The owner is usually there. The décor is refreshingly older. Prices and refreshments are reasonable. Good selections of movies. So what if it doesn’t have ten or more screens? Its really a more pleasant experience. Nice that it is independently owned and not a chain.

My family loves this place. It shows blockbusters alongside top-notch independent/arthouse films. It’s our local, no-frills, family-owned and –operated movie theater. Prices are reasonable off the bat, but if you live in the area you should buy a book of 6 tickets($ 30). There are only 3 screens, but usually at least one is showing a great movie.

Small lobby, small bathrooms, small theaters. But I love it. Usually plays slightly less mainstream movies than the bigger Hudson theater. The owner actually works there, as you’ll see if you get there early enough to see the preview ads/trivia before the previews. And they don’t play movies so loud that your ears are ringing when you leave. Ya know what? I actually MUCH prefer this theater to the Hudson Movieplex/Cinema 8/whatever they call themselves.
