We enjoyed wonderful fries, an amazing cuban sandwich and a damn fine ham and cheese sandwich. And their Italian style pops are insanely good. It was the last day of the season, and they had run out of a bunch of menu items, but we were perfectly happy with what we had. Next time in Hudson, I will seek them out(when the season of food trucks begins anew).

Incredibly tasty sandwiches. Loved the pastrami and cubano. Thought the rosemary duck fries were better than the steak fries. The mint lemon– lemonade was amazing. We ordered two of them and once the family tasted it we had to order more. Delicious!

At Savory, you’ll never be disappointed. The food is out of this world, service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is chill. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram to see what their specials are!

The food was delicious & the portions were generous. I had the Cubano and could only eat half. The mac & cheese balls were very large & delicious. The cream soda & the spiced cherry cola were both amazing. We also tried the duck fries which were covered in sea salt & rosemary which were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Nestled in the«food truck park» on Warren St in Hudson, NY this food truck is in great company but shines just as bright. This small complex of ~4−5 food trucks is the food truck Mecca of the Hudson Valley. That being said the competition is tough but all the more delicious! This stop hosts several enticing menu options from the sandwiches and salads to the side dishes. They all sound amazing. I was in the mood for lighter fare so I opted for a salad and a side dish. The girl at the window recommended the lentil fritter and mixed greens salad, there wasn’t much more of a description on the menu so I just went by her endorsement that it was absolutely delicious! And she was right. I’ll take a gamble at a description: this is no light salad by any means. With 4 lightly crispy lentil fritters, this is one substantial dish! The fritters were perfectly crispy on the outside packed with deliciously hearty lentils on the inside– genius. This came served over a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes and cucumber and drizzled with a smoky sauce which was perfectly balanced by a white creamy sauce(sorry don’t have more specifics). It was such a successful complement of flavors and textures, I completely indulged in the experience(as should you). I opted for the risotto balls– well because they’re risotto balls. These were nice and crunchy on the outside with creamy cheesy risotto on the inside and served with a creamy pomodoro sauce. The dish worked well and was a safe bet with a nice blend of texture and flavor but I can see how some might find them a bit bland. The pomodoro sauce was quite creamier than some I’ve had, but I like that. Bonus: they have home made Italian sodas which sounded delicious(I decided to skip the extra cals). These are customizable in terms of how sweet(or not) you prefer them. Sounds like a great treat for a hot summer day. Major bonus: grandma’s sugar cookies! Can’t wait to go back to try one! Only reason I didn’t get one was that I was probably already over my daily caloric intake but efinitely next time!

After dining at the Indian next door, I spotted this gem. The food truck looked brand new, then I went on Unilocal and saw it opened to weeks ago. The concept has never been exploredin any food truck I have seen. It is part Cuban, part New York deli style, part Texas BBQ, part upscale American bistro. Everything that was coming out looked appealing, from their Cuban sandwiches, to their succulent pastrami. We had already finished our meals, so we got a quick«dessert» here of duck fries. These were so interesting, yet so unhealthy. They are fries drenched in duck fat. Gross, but incredible at the same time. They need to improve their service, since a couple ordered duck fries a minute before us, but ours came out ten minutes after theirs. Plus, the chef messed up another order. The duck fries were delicious, served in a Rosemary garlic aioli. They were so tasty and so hot. Come here if you crave a mixture of flavors at cheap prices.

We went for the first time today. We had the pastrami sandwich, porchetta sandwich, ham sandwich, polenta, and duck fries(duck fries!). Everything was exceptionally good. In particular, I was struck by the perfect balance of flavors in all of the sandwiches. The pastrami sandwich, in particular, was a perfect blend of sweet, salty, cheesy, chewy, spicy goodness. I only got one bite of the polenta as my companions ate it while I was distracted by my sandwich, but that bite was sublime… crispy outside, creamy inside, and amazingly flavorful. What a wonderful addition to Hudson!

Very, very delicious. Porchetta … How could one say no? Potatoes fried in duck fat. Wow. Slow service. But really, really good.
