Rude bugger at the drive thru window and over $ 2 for a large drink? I’ll hit up McDonalds for a buck next time!

I am convinced that they hire people with very little positive customer service abilities. They are so conveniently located in route to the airport to whereas they pretty much make you stop there because of the lack of option on the route. I had one too many bad experiences with them, but the last one took the cake. I told the manager that I only had a few minutes, was in a rush, and ordered something simple, and the manager assured me they would be quick. Since I was the only person in line, and they only had 2 cars in the drive thru, I was certain I would be out quickly as well. They took FOREVER to get me my items. At one point I asked the manager to just cancel my order and let me have my money back, and she told me «No!» She also told me to «…just wait!» She proceeded to tell the worker that was fixing my food something in Spanish… hopefully it was not spit in my food! Since she had my money, which she refused to give back, plus had the goods, I did just that and waited. I ended up being late, and did not appear to have any foreign substances on my order. They are conveniently located, so sometimes I just have to stop there when my stomach is talking to me too loudly. I just pray that they have someone sensible working when I do.

Pretty nice BK … although most of them are getting more and more trendy looking(which is cool by me) 2 flat-screens mounted on the wall so you can check out the news while you grub!
