Like many Unilocalers that have drove here(and probably drove AWAY from here empty handed). the wait time is pretty extensive. Pretty much every Sonic I’ve been to is pretty slow though, so if you’re really wanting something from here, you’ll have to stick it out. I will suggest you stick it out at one of the stalls instead of the drive thru, but my particular visit here, I decided to go through the drive thru. Yeah, I had to wait – about three cars inn front of me, but I wanted the cheese coney more and let patience be my motivation to get it. Wasn’t the best coney in the world, but not the worst. Most importantly, it was what I wanted. it would be great if the speed of service was better and they were a little more organized. There was one instance where a crew member came outside and asked me if I ordered a particular item. In told him no. Then he asked me what I ordered. Weird to say the least, but a common trend based on what other Unilocalers have posted about the Sonic. If you’re extra sensitive about your slush because you’re in a rush, don’t stop here1

Slow service, regardless of time and/or crowd size. Order accuracy an unknown term at this location — DONOTDRIVE-THRU unless you want to make a return trip to TRY and get your order corrected. Dirty parking lot littered with trash and outside dining area trash overflowing and tables sticky and gross. Stay away!

They have a breakfast burrito here that is so good. All this time I have been passing this place up. Glad I stopped by here and tried it. Good service. … good food.

Went to sonic today and again messed up my order. Always have some sort of experience when i go to this sonic. Half the time you can’t hear them repeat the order. I just love getting my ice tea.

The simple problem here is that careless children are doing the work of adults. I have ordered mozzarella sticks that have come to me cold and frozen in the center and I have not gotten the correct amount of change back because they didn’t have enough change in the drawer. Simple but ridiculous. I’m not speaking from just one experience I’m speaking from about three experiences. This is enough I’m done. Don’t go here.

I went to this sonic with high hopes and left here with a frown on my face. I ordered a chicken strip combo. For starters the food took 20 mins to come out and when it come the four chicken strips look like some from hours ago. They were small and hard. The meal didn’t come with the toast also. The Cheese sticks were good and the ice cream. But the food sucks so bad at this location. I ended up givibg them hard chicken stripes to ny dog. This isn’t the only time I got bad service at this sonic. I orderd a bacon cheese buger a few weeks ago. Took about 15 mins so I assumed the food was fresh. I get home and the food looks a mess. Buns weren’t toasted, cheese was cold. Bacon was black… Only reason I came back last night because I felt like they would of got their act together because other sonic location have been very good to me in the past. But don’t waste your time and money and this place… Unless ur going for ice cream or happy hour

We order. Pay with card. The hop comes to our car with a bag of ice. «Did y’all order a bag of ice?». No. She walks away. We wait. Another hop comes to the car. «Did y’all order a triple Bacon burger, and a super large drink?». No. Are the last four digits of your credit card ####?Yes! Still waiting. So Whitney, the manager on duty, who couldn’t have been older than 19 returns with our food. Upon touching the bag, we notice the food is cold and we send it back. We have been waiting so what’s 10 more minutes. Normally we would have left but we were just coming off the road and wanted to grab food and go home. After 10 minutes Whitney returns, with a new bag of food. She is so sweet and so apologetic and said that she made the entire order a large because we had to wait and our drinks were on the house. Def. made it a little better. Thanks Whitney!
