Sonic Drive In

Just had a excellent burger here. So good I had to put a nice review.
Fresh lettuce tomatoes pickles and bread.
Car hop was very friendly and nice.
Couldn’t ask for a better experienc experience.

I don’t know where they find these people but obviously they have no concept of customer service your work ethic 20 minutes waiting food comes out wrong the drink is a diet instead of regular. Then the ladies like Oh napkins are in the bags I spilled your drink you’ll have to wipe the cutoff handing it to me trippin wanted me to put it into my car that way. Then we had to wait another 5 minutes for them to bring catch up totally a waste of time. No customer service they could care less.

They are very unprofessional and rude. They didn’t take order right and kept hanging up on me. When it came get the meal, they messed that up and then didn’t really care to get it right

This place is great if you are ok with waiting 25 mins to get cold cheese sticks and the waiting 15 more mins for dipping sauce! After calling in 3 times they finally offered to remake my order and I am still waiting it has now taken me 40 mins to get an order of cheese sticks! I will never come back to this location and I would no recommend it to anyone! It should never take 40 mins and me reminding about the order and the having to ask for sauce and then waiting even longer for that to get service!

This place has seriously gone down hill. I just waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a coke. The lady asked me at the window if I ordered a coke. I said yes. Turns out she handed me a diet coke. So I went to a stall and told them and was told it would be right out. 5 minutes later. For one drink. This place really needs new management. Go to the one on 1960.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal. Nearly 20 minutes later, the meal came. Except they forgot the chicken. It was seriously 7 pieces of fried batter. Only 1 actual piece of chicken. This is the 3^rd or 4^th time I’ve eaten here after leaving the airport, and my experience is similar each time.

I like their grilled chicken sandwich its got good crunchy bread little chilly which is perfect I get it with lettuce tomato pickle and lots of mustard it’s pretty well juicy and it’s a good deal

I don’t know why I continue to go to this place. Over the last 6 months I’ve been here 5 times. Maybe I stop by because it’s close and convenient. I’ve yet to get exactly what I’ve ordered. They’re either forgetting to add something that I’ve paid extra for or just forgot to put something in my bag that I asked for. I never leave without voicing my complaint and getting what I paid for. Today was the last straw. My order was simple. Foot long chez coney, tots, & a grape slush. The dog had what seemed like a teaspoon of chili. Asked for mustard & onions and only got a dab of each. The slush was watery and lacking the flavor of grape. On top of all that, I was shorted on my change and got an attitude when I asked for the rest of it. The manager or shift manager doesn’t seem to hold his/​her employees to standards. I’m sure every order isn’t screwed up, but all of mine have been. From now on, when I want Sonic I’ll drive a few extra miles and go to the one on FM 1960. Maybe their service will be better or maybe they’ll be just as bad. Only time will tell. But I will never go back to this Sonic again. They need to clean house. Not everyone, just the ones that need to go. When you have to wait 22 minutes for 2 medium slushies at 9 PM when only 6 other customers were there, no one at the drive thru, something is really wrong. Total incompetence from quite a few individuals from my 5 stops there. Never again!!!

Not satisfied at all with their service had to wait 20 minutes and 3 times pushing the order button to be acknowledged. That’s ridiculous they pay more attention to drive through than to the stalls and people are leaving and having to go up to the actual store to order never again will I come back to this sonic. I work in customer service myself and this is definitely not customer based restaurant.

Located inside the perimeter of IAH nice location to wait on arriving flights verses the cell phone lot (what did they all these lots before cell phones?) anyway the service was fast and friendly and the limeade was refreshing. I never get an opportunity to get tots so I enjoyed a small order while chilling out and monitoring the flight tracker app.

I swing by here on occasion, especially when I’m going to chorus practice downtown and I know I’m not going to eat dinner, unless I grab something. As I’m addicted to the fabulous fountain drink options, of course I come to Sonic. This location is speedy, courteous and always turns out the goods in exactly the right configuration, even with special orders. I will stop here many times in the future and think that you would find it AOK too.

Went to get some slushes. I had to wait 2 – 3 minutes at the speaker to be helped, and when i got to the window the person at the window look angry. I asked one question and the worker asked her manager who closed the window and started throwing her hands up in the air in a manner like i caused an issue for asking about my slushes. just not friendly service.

Stopped after dropping someone off at the airport. Their service was fast and the breakfast croissant was delicious! Convenient to pay with credit card at the drive-​up menu.

Employees were friendly but service was slow and order was incorrect several times. Other Sonics in the area are a better choice.

This Sonic has decent customer service, and comes through in a pinch when you are coming and going from the airport (IAH).
