Favorite part of taco bell are the baja blast freezes. But… everytime I come, the machine is NEVER working. It’s a hit or miss with a certain sauce I get as well. Somedays they say«we don’t carry it anymore» or «yes we have it» So which is it? I don’t expect 5 star service for fast food, but come on, give me at least somewhat of an effort.

I wish I could put zero stars the cashier was arrogant and rude to me the receipt says her name is Olga B. I think that she needs to be made clear of how to talk to guest

I use the mobile app often to place orders and have never experienced a problem. This one visit here, the app was not able to send my order for some reason, though my credit card was already charged. Went through the drive thru and was told they didn’t see my order. I went inside and the Asian manager tried to send the order from my phone. No luck. I understand technology has glitches… it would have not been a big deal except the manager’s only advice was to try to pick up my order later… or place the order again, which I would have had to pay for again. She could see my order placed on the app for her restaurant and the order number, but was not willing to assist me at all. Pick up my order later? I’m on my way home from work and would like to eat when I get home, not when your software decides to work properly! Oh well.
