You want to come here, trust me. They have amazing sno-balls/snocones. I had been here before and loved it but I couldn’t remember the name of the sno-ball flavor I had. It was coffee mixed with something else, anyway it was heavenly. Today I took my daughter and she ordered a Garfield sno-ball with ice cream. You can add ice cream to any sno-ball for 50 cents. I ordered mom’s favorite sno-ball, which is strawberry cheesecake with key lime pie. Not bad. The winner was Garfield, which is dreamsicle and grape. It’s a must try combination. I can’t comment at length on their food items, as I’ve only tried the fried shrimp with fries. Generous portion size and great flavor, but I would say the main attraction here is probably the sno-ball menu.

Mac and Cheese balls were to-die-for. Also, their homemade Tartar sauce was amazing. Big fan of the shrimp platter, and the seasoning and level of «fried» was just perfect. Will definitely make a return trip to this hole in the wall gem!

They have excellent customer service, so that’s a plus. The drive-thru set up is a bit confusing for someone dining with them for the first time. They’re usually pretty busy around crawfish season and have lines of cars down Atascocita Rd. Their crawfish is mediocre at best and they’re pretty expensive. I ordered their spiciest crawfish and they gave me spicy crawfish seasoning in a ramekin. That was definitely a first for me. I haven’t tried their snow cones, but I’ll probably stick to Bahama Bucks down the road. Three stars for their customer service.

Greeted with a smile every time I stop by. Service is excellent and quick. My favorite snow cones are the Dreamsicle Concoction, Tiger’s Blood, and a half Apple & Banana. :) Also, the crawfish mac & cheese balls are delicious! LOVE this one place.

I’ve only had the pickle dilly snow cone here but let me tell you! I see why they have rave reviews and recommendations on Facebook! Locally owned which I love. Super nice people and the best snow cone! I’ll never go anywhere else, and I’ll be back to try more stuff! Yummy!

That one place is a family owned business really close to home. I frequent this place during the summer and when crawfish is in season. Owners husband and wife are usually visible Employees are usually friendly and helpful. They have some of the best snowball flavors. The workers allow you to sample flavors before you make your choice. I usually get the strawberry cheese cake or the Polynesian pineapple. Still testing out new flavors to try next time .The crawfish is pretty good but if you say spicy or extra spicy be ready to handle it. During the summer they can get busy. Parking and the drive through can be a little wait but for the service and food it’s worth it.

I loveeee this place! The snow cones remind me of my childhood summers in Louisiana and the shrimp poboys are delicious. The main staff is made up of college kids and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I go so much they know my order as soon as I pull up. I’m always happy to tip when I can but wish I could do more but when I get a snow cone and a Poboy it’s automatically 12 or 13 dollars– however well worth it– just saying my bank account is noticing! I’ve met the owners a couple times and they are very friendly and appreciative so that also makes me happy to keep coming back. My only con would be the location of the place; I wish the parking lot were bigger. But the snow cones, the service and the poboys do make up for it in my opinion so I will keep going back 4 – 5 times a week!!! #dontjudgeme lol

A true hidden gem. That One Place resembles a small shed, fits about 10 cars in its parking, and seats about 20 people max. They do have drive thru, but it seemed like it dragged on forever. Didn’t try the crawfish, but it smelled great. The po’ boys are amazing, and huge! While you’re there, cool off with a snow-cone. Kind of strange to pair cajun with snow cones in one locale, but That One Place makes it work. My one complaint: we waited way too long in line to order. We tried calling ahead but no answer after 12 rings. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were shorthanded that day.

Best Humble Restaurant Crawfish Ever! The only item I have ordered from here is the Crawfish and it’s my go to when I don’t want to drive out to Crosby and eat at the Crawfish Shack. The lines are always long so be prepared to wait but I’d you catch it at the right time you shouldn’t have to wait long. I always grab the Crawfish to go and eat it at home. It’s not to spicy and size of the Crawfish are above average.

Best crawfish in the area. I always ask for my crawfish to be extra spicy. If you want it spicy, you have to ask for it. I have never been disappointed. Be prepared to wait during high peak times.

I was hyped after seeing such rave reviews but I wasn’t impressed with the food. The crawfish was quite bland and I had to dump a whole load of extra seasoning on it to enjoy. However, the daiquiri with an extra shot was delish! I brought a friend with me who actually enjoyed her food but she is one who doesn’t like a lot of spice and she’s from up north so her taste towards Cajun cuisine is not as biased as mines being that I’m from Texas with Louisiana roots. I guess it’s all in how you like your food seasoned. I guess you either will like it or you won’t. And we didn’t.(me and my son still prefer crawfish from hanks at 1960⁄45). But, they were still given 3 stars because of their awesome friendliness and customer service, couldn’t deny that and for that alone, don’t let me judge for you, try it out for yourself. :-)

They have a great variety of creamy delicious snow cones. The crawfish is pretty flavorful with the right amount of kick, the garlic shrimp is pretty good too except it’s a little pricier than some other places. This place gets pretty busy but they do their best to keep the lines moving.

We stopped in Saturday afternoon and had a key lime strawberry cheesecake sno ball for desert after we had garlic sno crab & shrimp for dinner. The flavor and the taste was stupendous. Way better than other LARGE restaurants for twice the price and a smaller portion. The sno balls had a ice cream pocket in the middle that was a tasty surprise … We will be back to try the Gumbo next week … Great Place. Great People«That One Place» is Great. Don’t miss out bring your friends we will next time ! The owners Ken & Sherry made sure we were pleased and made us feel at home !! John & Judy

I’m pretty addicted to this place. There was a time I was going 3x a week. Best snowballs in Houston. The service is great. I love the owners. They have big, flavorful crawfish. I also recommend the catfish poboy. My favorite snowball combo is vanilla orchid. And banana cream.. Patience is key… There is always a line but it’s well worth it

Tried this place for the first time yesterday! We have driven past this place multiple times and I think the only thing that’s kept us from trying it was only having outdoor seating as an option. I do love a/c! We started off with the boudin balls and while they were a little smaller than I would have liked, they were yummy.(Although maybe I just felt like they were on the small side was because I wanted MORE!) The kid is a crawfish fanatic and I had seen on Facebook that they would have some this weekend and since it’s so late in the season, we figured this might be one of the last chances to eat them. The verdict… GREAT! They were VERY well-seasoned without being overly spicy! They definitely had a little kick to them, but not so much of one that the kid didn’t try to eat all four pounds on his own! I hate when places think the only way to season crawfish is to light your mouth on fire or the only season the outsides of the crawfish. Granted they were a little on the small side, but they were TASTY! We also asked for sausage in the crawfish it was great, too! We declined the potatoes and corn, so I can’t comment on it, but if everything else we ordered is any indication, I’m going to assume we wouldn’t have been disappointed. The kid and I also ordered small snowballs and were pleasantly surprised that it didn’t just melt into a hard ball of ice and stayed nice and slushy all the way till the last spoonful!
