I am a regular customer at 12 Hour Massage and tonight on Sunday night at 8 PM I just felt like unwinding right before the beginning of a tough work week ahead for me.
I called ahead and they said there was someone available for 8:30 PM…
Tonight I literally had THE best massage I have ever had at this place, or maybe even ever.
She asked at just the right times if pressure was okay, she was phenomenal at working on my tight muscles on my upper back, my arms, and that was just the start!!! It was a total body hot stone massage, I brought in a coupon for $ 39. I asked the front desk lady to break a 20 for me so I could have some change to tip her afterwards, but this massage was so good that she deserved that 20!!!
I am bumming because now I know she’s going to get seriously booked and overbooked but she deserves this awesome review on Unilocal she is so worth it. Total professional, I walked out of there feeling absolutely so completely relaxed.

Best massage I have ever received! They fit me in last minute I am a nurse and I came after work! Cindy was amazing she uses really great pressure! The place is clean and very affordable! The ladies were both very sweet and I almost fell asleep during the massage because I was so relaxed! I did the hot stone all over massage! This will be my new go to place!

I had been looking for a new massage location after the place by my home closed suddenly. I have bad neck and back issues, terrible migraines almost weekly. I am a true lover of Chinese massages. I was very pleased to have found this location! Tami did an amazing job and the rooms were private and quiet! I paid $ 35, which is what I am use to, but this location was much more tranquil and formal. Plus, they give you a rebate card for very massage you purchase, after 10, you get one free. Although this location is 15 mins away from my home, I am very happy and will be returning weekly! I think I have finally found the gem I was looking for! Thank you!

My husband treated me to a massage on Mother’s Day and I was excited to get away for a bit and relax. The owner/​manager was friendly, the place was nice and clean and the prices were VERY reasonable. Shelly, the therapist was AH. MAY. ZING!!! She asked several times if the pressure was ok and it was perfect. One of the best massages I’ve ever had hands down and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She deserves a million. I will definetly be back.

Very good massage! Demi gave me an hour of terrific work on my back, neck, shoulders, and legs. Like another reviewer said, no funny business– just a good massage.

I naturally found 12hr Massage on Unilocal and made an appointment for later in the afternoon. The young lady at the front desk was very informative, very sweet and not pushy at all. Initially I made an appointment for Demi but something happened with the scheduling which was totally fine and Cindy took care of me. The private room was comfy, music soothing and Cindy did a wonderful job. I left walking a little bit taller because she stretched out my muscles that good haha. Her technique was firm yet she would ask me at times if she was applying enough pressure. I need to invest more in my health and relaxation so I’ll definitely be coming here more often. $ 55 for 1hr half… worth every penny. $ 20 tip… Cindy deserved it. Thank you 12hr Massage :)

Wow I’ve been to a lot of different spas and massages, but this was by far the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten! Amazing price for a private room 1 hour massage: I got the combination massage with Demi, I will ask for her again!

Awesome place & awesome massage therapists! I had Misa and she was awesome! My girlfriend had Cindy and thought she was amazing. All around wonderful experience. Highly recommend it!

I had the best massage here yesterday. I called before coming to see if they could squeeze me in because I finally had some time between my busy schedule and they were very accommodating. The owner clearly wants to make sure his customers are happy and the lady who gave me the massage was awesome! I haven’t had a massage in over a year and she gave me the best deep tissue massage. I asked her to work more pressure on my upper and she did.
Suggestions to (potential) clients: if there is something that you really like as far as a massage, please don’t hesitate to tell the owner if the one giving the massage doesn’t hear you. I his happy to help translate that to the masseuse.

In the past I have had good experiences here until my last visit. I don’t think the girl who did my massage understood any English what so ever as I had to tell her several times to ease up on the pressure. At one point I had to stand up in the middle of the massage to express my frustration. I don’t think I will be coming back to this please again.

Just tried this place for first time and I’m definitely switching. Nice and clean, GREAT prices, private rooms, the receptionist was very friendly and Lisa was a phenomenal therapist! Probably one of the best I’ve had. I’ve tried a lot of places in HB and I have to say 12 Hours beats them all!

So.. . I have not gotten a massage in probably ten years and in December I was given a gift for my birthday for one hour, including hot rocks massage.
Having been a concierge at two elite hotels one in Huntington Beach and one in Newport I was pleased with the staffs client centered approach, and quality guest service skills.
I was greeted in a clean, nicely decorated lobby and then introduced to my masseuse.
She was polite, well groomed and dressed professionally and lead me to our room. It too was clean, fresh and smelled nice. Relaxing music was played.
I requested that the massage not be too hard she complied perfectly. The hot rocks experience was fantastic and I left feeling rejuvenated and really like a new person. I’m not waiting another ten years. I’m going back asap.

I have been here twice now. Both of my visits I was greeted calmly and the lovely Demi massaged me. She does a really great job! This review is a bit over due. but here you go— She is very thorough, using all parts of her arms and she really gets into the key areas and everywhere else! She is a professional and trust me you won’t be dissatisfied in the least. She does the most amazing face massage and the aroma of whatever she uses is great! She makes sure you are comfortable at all times. I would like to point out that she does have a style that is a little more tough which I personally enjoy. I experienced minor soreness the next day after the last time but I asked for it. She can go as hard or as soft as you would like. The other girls are great too I have heard. I recommend this place. They even have little treats on the table :)

Tried it for the first time today. Good massage, great price, and for the price, a private room.
The massage was good, but after having gone to many other places, I didn’t feel like it had a flow to it.
Some massages start at the head, or the neck, then arms, etc… This was all across the board.
I still give high rating cause of price and masseuse had good hands.

Another awesome massage by Cindy! My wife had a massage by Emily and her back was out before she walked in but now she is feeling great!

This place was a great find. I needed a massage bad and called 20 minutes till 6 asking if they could fit me in. The owner was super nice and said he could get me in if I could be there before 6, which I was able to do! The place is cute and clean.
I always prefer firm pressure when getting a massage so I when she asked I of course said firm. I am not sensitive nor bruise easily but my masseuse was super strong! I was shocked when certain parts hurt but I also know how stressed I’ve been so accepted it as her breaking down the toxins. Today I am sore (but no bruising) and feel like I got beat up. Will definitely go back because of the location, price, and ambiance except I will ask for a softer touch instead!
Would recommend however ask for a softer to medium touch.

Oh my goodness Demi’s massages are heavenly! She is so sweet and SO good. I have had massages at Montage resorts, Secrets resorts, etc. and Demi does just as good of a job as them but you pay 80% less. She covers everything! Back, legs, feet, arms, face, head. Puts hot towels on to take off extra lotion. $ 35 for an hour massage. The owner is very nice. Also, you can pay and only commit to one massage at a time and you don’t have to buy a package of several massages which is a huge positive for me that I didn’t have to do that and that is a huge reason I will continue to come back and recommend this massage company.
There are no birthday discounts, someone in a few reviews before me said that they have a birthday discount, they don’t.
Only a few cons:
–The hole you put your face in when your facing down is really small so it makes it a little hard to breathe.
–I wish they had something to cover your eyes while you’re facing up, because the lighting can make you squint while your face should be relaxed.
–While your getting a massage, you can hear the person at the front desk talking loudly, which is a distraction to relaxing.
Even including the cons, I give them 5 stars and will DEFINITELY be back!

I feel like I had a 100.00 massage and it was Just 26.00 x hr ~ plus tip
Hot towels to top it off! my back is like jello (that won’t last) because I have a bad hip but I’ll be back here very soon for a reprieve
