10 yrs of no problem service. I call, tell them what type of Beer I want, they show up and swap out my keg and get it dialed in. Could not be easier!!! Super knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the «can do» attitude. Cant say enough good things! I brace myself for the bill, but it is competitive and I know I pay for the no hassle convenience of delivery. Thanks Mr. Kegs!

Used these guys for super bowl sunday. Average pricing– locally owned which is a plus. Cool guys with a great selection of beers. Definitely use them again in the future.

We used Mr Kegs for our wedding reception and it went great. When we went in the first time to get information, the guy working there was really helpful and made some good recommendations. It was really easy to reserve and pick up. Everyone loved the beer (of course!). We ended up having a lot of beer left over, so they were nice enough to let us keep the kegs for a few extra days. When we returned the kegs it was super easy and we got our deposit back with no problem. We’re definitely going to use them again!

8 straight years of hosting St. Patty’s… 8 kegs from Mr. Kegs. Green tint added to make that classic black n green. Great guys, free delivery and setup. Great beer selection.

This place rocks! Richard is so helpfull and goes the extra step to make sure you are happy. I went in to get a 5 gal keg of Corona Light. They dont make it! But he took a a keg and syphoned it into the 5 gal for me and kept the keg there and stored it for me. I just call in and he makes the next keg for me. I dont care about the price if it is a bit more. How can you replace the knowledge and customer service like that?! Thanks Mr Keg (Richard)! You are my keg hookup!

How can you go wrong with Mr. Kegs! This is a boutique liquor store, the guys at the front are great and helpful. I call weekly to check up on new craft beers and they always know what is up and new. They are pricey compared to BevMo, however you can get in and out in under 5 minutes… so for convenience it is worth it.

Went there to fill my CO2 tank and was AMAZED by the beer and keg selection. Ended up leaving with a full tank of CO2 and a keg of Allagash White.
Prior to going to Mr. Kegs I only went to Hi Time in Costa Mesa for all of the specialty beers. From now on, my first stop will always be Mr. Kegs.

Although they’ve had quite a few owners over the past years, Mr Kegs never disappoints.

Very nice workers. I went in here after my workout to check out what beer I want to reward myself with after that brutal leg workout. He helped me chose a delicious beer and I was very satisfied:) good way to end my night!

A friend brought me a realllly nice kegerator. Hi-​Times in newport was a little helpfful but I needed quite alot of parts for my first keg. I was not sure if I was going to keep it (already fat from drinking too much beer lol.)
Nathan showed me. Actually walked me through EVERYTHING… showed me the least expensive way to go as I was unsure if I was going to keep it… Got all my parts. we were able to sample few types and walked out of the store for under $ 150…
I do not drink cheap beer or corporate beer.

Best service ever. Every time I have ever been there I am rewarded with the most patient, nice, and knowledgeable service by each person working. It is amazing. They have great bottle selection, not enormous, but sufficiently big with variety. And the keg selection is outstanding. Issues with your kegorator– no problem. They are on it. They will happily sit down and explain all the finer points and details of what you need to know to get you up and running. «This is supposed to be fun» I was told, as I was dispirited with a bum CO2 tank and teeny line one time I showed up. They have special ordered for me and have held sixers in the back. All the hallmarks of a great operation. Highly recommend for any beer lover.

Mr. Kegs has a tremendous selection of great craft beers, including (if you’re lucky) PLINY!
I called ahead of time as beer experts have suggested, and I was rewarded with the rare, «yes, we do have Pliny the Elder» but the guy let me know that it’s a 1-​bottle-​per-​person limit and that there was a little under half of a case remaining, so get in to the store quickly. I did, and lo and behold, Dustin was the friendly gentleman to help me find where Ol’ Man Pliny was hiding in the back of the walk-​in.
Dustin is a great guy, he’s very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and he even explained to me why Russian River beers have been more and more scarce in the area lately. Thanks for all your help Dustin, you’re a great local asset and a wealth of knowledge in beachside beerlandia!

I had a few poor experiences with this place early on, but I think the owner started to understand the importance of customer service (and customer reviews). He seems to be trying, and I have even recently been greeted by him lately as I walked in. If it keeps improving I’ll have to upgrade to four stars.
The more I visit this place the more I like the owner and employees. I think I was way iff on my first review. My bad.

I had no problems with the first 2 kegs I purchased at Mr. Keg’s.
The third time, I purchased what should have been Allagash White beer. What I actually got was a completely different beer (I received an IPA, instead of a Belgian White) that the owner said wasn’t carried in the store so he said I couldn’t have bought it from Mr. Keg’s. However, after reviewing my purchase information in their computer, they admitted that I did buy the keg from them and that they had given me the wrong keg.
I tried to return the keg, but the owner would not give me a refund, or even a partial refund. The only remediation he offered was $ 10 off our next keg purchase. I paid $ 103.95 for this keg — which was the most expensive beer offered in the 5 gallon size. The store doesn’t know what IPA they gave me, but since one of their IPA’s was $ 93.95, they are assuming that’s the beer they gave me, hence the $ 10 store credit.
I will not be purchasing from this business again unless an acceptable remediation is offered.

So helpful, lots of beer selection for a small business. Great with recommendations. Will let you keep the keg an extra day past the 3 day rental if you just call and tell them what’s going on and you need an extra day to float your keg. They have as many or few accessories for your ultimate keg experience.

I needed 2 kegs for my Oktoberfest celebration and found Mr Kegs. I came here during my lunch to inquire about their services and spoke to Richard. He was very knowledgeable and nice, taking his time explaining to me the different rental equipment they had to offer as well as the current deals and special at the moment.
I ordered a ½bbl of Bayhawk Hef and ½bbl of PBR with 2 party pack rentals that came with co2 tanks and taps (no pump action needed!). IT WAS PERFECT!
Rentals are for 3 says and if you would like they deliver, so you dont have to pick up or drop off for a fee. Ice is also a fee and there are deposits for the rental of the kegs and rental equipment, which you get back upon their equipment return.
I would definitely use their services again, their beer list is nice and long :) I LOVE BEER lol
