Ordered the southwest chicken salad with grilled chicken. Only came with ONE piece of chicken. What’s the point in that ?! The chicken itself was disgusting. I didn’t even want the rest of the salad after trying it. Rubbery and hard to chew. So gross.

Went to this location today, got home and realized I had been given the wrong burger! The order was taken right it’s correct on the receipt & I have tried to dial the number on the receipt several times (714)846−2235 and it seems like they pick up but they don’t respond?! How am I supposed to reach management?

I find it hilarious when the workers make a mistake and I tell them to fix it and they talk shit about me and my friends in Spanish in front of us because they think I don’t understand Spanish LOL

Went through drive through here, dude on speaker was rude and wanted to charge me for ranch even though I spent 10 $ he said I had to order chicken, foo I don’t eat meat, but I guess I have too if I want to enjoy extra ranch, never again for this location go to the many others nearby.

WOW! How ‘Bout That?! They actually LISTENED to us! Got an excellent fresh large DECAF Friday! Extra Plus: they must have changed the printhead on the cash register, because you can actually READ the receipt, too! Thank You Unilocalers for chiming in!

Fricken RUDE! Sandra was the lady that helped us through the drive thru. Rushed us even though we order over $ 30 worth of food. Never said thank you and was just a plain brat! Awful customer service. Why go where when you can get better fast food service at McDonald’s down the street.

The breakfast is great but the service takes forever in the drive through. I understand that Jack in the Box takes a little longer but if there’s a line in the drive through, you can plan on waiting for a while. Not a good place to go if you’re in a hurry.

It’s a Jack in the Box… you can’t expect too much from it. However this Jack in the Box tends to be very crowded with a drive thru that is always backed up. Definatly not somewhere you want to go if you are looking for a quick meal.

When I am going home from the work I want to get something real quick to eat before I make the dinner for my family so I stop here for the tacos or a salad. Why it is so expensive for the healthy food? But it is ok to eat the food here just not all the time.

maybe no time to slop the swiss cheeses
and grill the onion
Food was OK
Could have been much much better

I ordered the Steak & Egg Burrito for $ 3.49.
The Steak was juicy and delicious, the Scrambled Eggs were great, the Hash Browns were crispy, the Cheese was very good and the Chipotle Sauce topped it all off.
A very good Breakfast Burrito from this Drive Thru.

Turkey, Bacon & Cheddar Grilled Sandwich… I hate you.
Nasty. I ordered it without bacon, but even without bacon it was extremely salty and greasy. They doubled up on the cheese. It was almost $ 5 too. Not worth it. Blah!

I come here pretty often for the Chicken Fajita Pita. It’s good for fast food yet pretty low in calories. What’s outstanding about this place is the service. The people who work there are always friendly and accommodating. I truly admire anyone who can do what seems to be a thankless job for around minimum wage, yet manage to keep a good attitude and a pleasant smile on their face.

I’m not a fan of fast food but this one, like others in HB, are pretty good. The one North of here, on Edwards and Bolsa, is much better and worth the drive though if you’re craving JITB.

This review is for the new Mini Sirlion Burgers. They are a bit overpriced, but I thought they were really good. The meat is nice & crusty on the outside, and moist inside. The sauteed onions are a nice touch, too. The bread is a bit thick, but taking off one of the buns helps with that.
