Sandwiches are always consistently good and the service is always friendly and prompt. It’s a chain sub shop, so they may not wow on food but like I said it’s always consistently good. And that goes a long ways these days.

When I say this place for the first time I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the Ruben sandwich. I’ll tell you, did I ever regret waiting. The sandwiches are low budget and u need to put lots of mustard to give the food here flavor. I haven’t returned since. I’ll stick to subway.

This will be my first Unilocal review. I went to this location today, although I would normally go to the location closer to my house. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with double meat. The employee put a few slices of meat less than what you would get on a sandwich with a regular portion of meat. I know this because I have been eating jersey mikes for lunch at least once a week for the past 8 years. To put it into perspective, the portion of meat stacked onto the sandwich was about as thick as the tomato thought the sandwich, with a few areas slightly larger than that. The employee gave me the sandwich with a smile on his face and charged me extra for the added meat. I’m not one to hold up the line or make a scene, so I left unhappy and will never return. I suggest to all to head a few blocks away from this location and go to the Jersey Mikes on Adams Ave. I have been going there since they opened back in 2008 and have never been unhappy.

I’m not too sure what to rate this place. Even though I had heard about this place many times and have passed by several locations, I was never really excited about checking this place out. I ended up here because I was driving home from the beach and needed to eat after a long day of work. I stopped by and immediately noticed the place was empty and a mess. There were three kids standing around behind the counter and looked as if they were bored to death. Minus 1 star for lack of cleanliness. I ordered a California Club and it wasn’t too bad. I asked if they could toast my bread but they laughed and said we don’t have a toaster. Minus the 2nd star. They have a giant grill behind them but I’m guessing they didn’t think to use that to toast the bread. These kids were just being lazy I’m assuming from the mess on the make line. Oh well. No harm, no foul. I probably won’t be coming back to this place to buy a $ 9 sandwich I can make better at home. Holla!

I’ve been to a lot of different Jersey Mikes and the ones here in Orange County are expensive compared to other locations and they don’t give you any love for being a regular. They put the bare minimum of meat on the sub and if you want extra meat they charge you almost half as much as the initial sub price. If you go out of state or to other parts of California the pricing is less expensive and the extra meat cost is minimal. Don’t get me wrong, I love their fresh sliced meat sandwiches, but I just don’t go as often as I used to, as they have become very pricey($ 8.95) for a regular sandwich. They do have double stamp Tuesday’s in Huntington Beach, but that’s about it. They seem to keep the same crew for quite awhile which is good for the owners. Overall, just ok. Not as good as it used to be back when they first arrived in the OC.

Just ok. Nothing special and the sandwiches are just mediocre. My daughter liked the tuna sandwich. The staff seemed hurried and monotone, not overly concerned with customer service and more robotic.

Let me start by saying we come to this location often and have always had GREAT service and good food. Also I will take responsibility for my husband getting there 10 mins before they close… but they ARE still open so the expectation of good service and food made properly is still expected. No one else was in the store so it wasn’t a «oh they were busy» mistake. So he orders 2 sandwiches and both of them are made incorrectly. Mine… easy…Big Kahuna with meat and cheese only. No peppers, onions, or jalapeños(I’m pregnant so yuck on these things right now). My husband asked for no onions in his sandwich as well. Husband said the guy starts putting lots of onions on his and looks pretty pissed off and has an attitude so he’s not going to ask him to remake it(he’s too nice). Then he comes home… I open mine… peppers! Nice thanks. I had to go through and pick them all out… nice luke warm to cold sandwich now that I can eat it. So disappointed that we had this service here at our favorite location. If you’re still open that means customers can come in right? Don’t treat them like crap and mess up their order cause you have to do your job until CLOSING. Not that it matters but my husband even tipped him a couple dollars because he felt bad. Of course that was before we realized that my sandwich was purposely made incorrectly too. Ridiculous.

Best Subs ever! Love the bread and freshly sliced meat! The«Tuna Fish» was amazing. Only wish they offered spinach as a topping. Great fast service too.

The food is good! That’s what the 3 stars is for. BUT… The line takes forever. They’re not organized. The staff asks waaaaay too many personal questions. It’s so loud inside it’s hard to hear them. I like to be in and out. I’m not trying to be interviewed each time I walk in to order. Less questions, more focus on making my food. Thanks!

I’ve been here several times and never been disappointed. The bread is always fresh and the people who work there are always friendly and accommodating. Not too far from the beach, also.

This is the best Jersey Mikes of the several that I’ve been to. As all Jersey Mikes, they use quality ingredients. The thing that makes this one stand out is the team working here. They make you feel welcome, engage in conversation and are just good people. So you will find yourself craving a sandwich and also wanting to check in on the team. This group is a group of sandwich artist. Great job Jersey Mikes team on Beach/Atlanta!

Well I eat jersey mikes at least once a week, went to the Angel game on Monday and they smashed the Red Sox, when they score more then 10 runs in a game, jersey mikes buys all fans in attendance a reg size sub for free. Not sure if I should have waited until they made my sandwich before I told them I won a free reg sub, it was so crappy, I guess that’s one way to get a crappy sandwich at jersey mikes is tell them you get it free, my pepperoni was pathetic it was literally paper thin, it was shredded unrecognizable, nothing on my sandwich was normal except the bread, there was absolutely nothing on it, I even got shorted oil, vinegar, and oregano, it was embarrassing hyping up how good Jersey Mikes is to be let down like that, called bait and switch. Jersey Mike used to have the best sandwiches, I wouldn’t go back to this Jersey Mikes ever. MYTIPTOALLANGELSFANSDONTSHOWYOURTICKETTILLYOURREADYTOPAY!

Ummm I usually love jersey mikes… the flavor of the sandwiches are delicious. But the fact that a half drunken Starbucks cup was stored right near their meat and cheese really grosses me out. And there is no way that can be cool with the department of health! Yikes. This location I don’t think I’ll be coming back to.

Literally. This eve. Me: what’s the different between regular and giant? Clerk: one is regular and the other is bigger. Me: shocked if he was joking or serious. — well what’s the size? Clerk: regular is 7 inches and the other is bigger Me: still in shock. So this super shitty service started bad and got worse. The entire time this interaction was really rushed as if there were 20 people in line or something. Honestly I don’t know what this guys issue was. So had to tell him to just wait that I now felt rushed and kept messing up my own order due to the crap attitude. I LOVE the food here and it’s been so long since I’ve been so I was like YES, I want a philly cheese. Service can ruin the food sometimes and this was a perfect example. They need to have a manager present to witness things like this and to police the way these employees dress. They looked haggard and messy along with their shitty attitudes.

OK I’ve been here a million times and do love the taste, but«WHERE’S THEBEEF»? There’s never enough meat on the sandwich, even when the worker decides to put it on the scale and ALWAYS has to add more meat, it still isn’t enough. Everything is perfect about this place, at every location I’ve ever been to, except NOTENOUGHMEAT! If they would only add a little more than corporate tells them to it would be a perfect sandwich! At some point during taste testing they came up with a perfect sandwich then the owner came in and said«remove some meat so we can save some money». Hey! I noticed dude! Also, if you order a regular size sandwich you get three slices of cheese and if you order a giant sandwich you get five. HEY! How about giving me six since it’s twice the size! Come on guys, how much money are you really saving!

I was in a pinch and needed food so I decided to stop by Jersey Mikes. The service was very friendly and the restaurant was clean, Now to the bad part; I ordered the meatball and provolone sub. The sauce on the sub tasted like it was out of a can. The meatballs were very bland. I feel the meatball sub at Subway is better. No more Jersey Mikes for me.
