My daughter purchased a skirt for $ 130. She wore it to a graduation, after which I hand washed it according to directions, and then let it air dry on a laundry rack. She wore it again, and it ripped terribly, not even on a seam.
We were aware of the no return policy at this store, and assumed it would be okay to exchange a defective item for an exact replacement.
We took it back to the store but the manager was not in. The sales clerk saw the same exact skirt so we purchased it right away since it was the last one left, another $ 130. She said the store manager would be in the next day and she would have to approve the return.
So, the next day I took the defective item to the store manager, she called the manufacturer, and they said okay to a return authorization. I left the defective skirt with her, as she said I did not need to return to the store since a credit could be issued without my presence, after she got approval from the store owner.
I was expecting a credit refund because of the extenuating circumstances, or at the VERY LEAST a store credit for the defective item. Imagine my surprise when without even a phone call to explain why, the defective skirt was mailed back to us with a note saying «sorry, can’t return it to the manufacturer.»
In my opinion, this is extremely poor customer service. A phone call to explain why they suddenly changed their mind would have been appreciated, as would a store credit for defective merchandise.

this is one of my favorite boutiques. the ower has a great sense of style and has a beautiful collection of one of a kind jewlery and interesting accessories. beautiful clothes; stylish and different. plus the staff is really sweet and helpful. i heart this spot!

They have some really nice long dresses right now (which I am looking for to wear to a wedding), but they were definitely too pricey for my blood.
Cute boutique with a few nice items. Everything else is okay.
