McDonald’s

Ordered my breakfast at 8 AM. The ladies who were working the shift are very rude and lazy. I asked a simple question for it to be made fresh and she said yes but as I was standing there the food came right out there’s no way that it was made fresh when it immediately came out. Thank you for the quickness but I don’t like my sandwich cold. I took two bites and noticed that my eggs were cold my whole sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. And when I went back to asked to have a fresh one made, she looked at me and gave me a dirty look and walked over to her and associate they both looked at me and started laughing. I find that quite rude when you’re laughing at customers because they’re asking for it to be hot and fresh. Yes the second time when it came out it was hot and fresh but when I ask once, that’s all I should have to ask is one time. When you ask for your food to be fresh and they’re too lazy to make it fresh it’s just not right shouldn’t the customer always be right. It’s not that difficult of a task, I cannot believe that McDonald’s employees are asking for $ 15 an hour. There’s no way that they should be paid $ 15 an hour with rude and lazy employees no way!

I ordered the Hotcakes & Sausage and Fries for $ 5.38
The Hotcakes were delicious.
The Sausage was juicy.
The Fries were crispy.
A great Breakfast/​Lunch from this Drive Thru.

o stars. Walked in and waited for 3 minutes with no line to take my money. I counted 20 employees, only speaking Spanish, doing nothing. Waited 10 minutes for a mcmuffin that never arrived. The staff was flippant and I had to ask for money back after 10 minutes watching these buffoons. Really, 10 minutes for a sandwich. This shit will kill u, and we are dumb enough to wait for this crap. Never again, this slop all smells the same, was buying sandwich for a kid not myself. The fish filet is decent but that’s all.

This place falsely advertises. They do not serve breakfast from open to close. The trip was a big Waste of time.

Worst ever. made me wait on the side for 15 minutes for my order. I was in an über… poor driver really got screwed. wait fifteen minutes? For three cheeseburgers?! Wow. That’s your staple.

I love Huntington Beach, lived here all my life since 1983, great town… too bad I live next to the trashiest McDonald’s in the country. What a sad excuse for a restaurant; consistently messes orders up over the years, and most of the time, it’s big mistakes, not little ones. Finding pieces of rope in chicken mcnuggets. How can you mess McNuggets up? Getting slopped together sandwiches with an excess amount of a topping that isn’t even supposed to go on the burger in the first place? (extra mayo on a double cheeseburger? really? WTF)
I made the manager open it and tell me WTF all that white stuff was, and she didn’t even know. I hope it was mayo and not something else.
I’ve come to the conclusion that this place is run by monkeys. Monkeys that need to be shipped back to the zoo,. If you cannot put a simple burger together, you have no place in this world, and especially no place at McD’s. You’re done.
No folks, the sad truth is, these guys get their jollies off by messing around with drive through customers because there’s a good chance they won’t bring the messed up order back. So ^%$& ‘em, right?
If you eat here, and you want to actually get what you order, I’d walk in, because this place is ridiculous. I’ve had hundreds of minor negative experiences at fast food places, but this is without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever had to deal with, and I usually don’t write on Unilocal,but I warn others of this sad excuse for a McD’s. ^&$% this place. And the monkeys that manage it. Can’t do anything right. Dummies. I’d be embarrassed to even work there.

If I could give no stars I would. First, if you’re going to work the drive thru, you need to understand what your customers are saying. My husband ordered an iced coffee, with sweetener and cream. He had to spend about 5 minutes explaining that he wanted the pump sweetener and not just the sugar packets because the guy couldn’t understand English. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mc muffins without the muffin. The coffee order was wrong and the mc muffins came with the muffin but no egg. WTF?! I’ve only been to this one a couple of times and they’ve messed up my order every time. Definitely not going back.

I’ve had my food screwed up at this McDonald’s for so many years it’s like they have the same freaking screw offs working there for 20 years. I ordered the bacon clubhouse burger plain and they don’t put fucking bacon on my burger. #Corporateripoff #mcmorons

OK how to rate a Mcdonalds… well this one has nice drive through and a playground. If you in the drive through please realize Mcdonalds menu has not changed for about 50 years so you should already know what you want. No sense in staring at the menu as if you might try something different.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Don’t eat here. Everyone in my family got sick with food poisoning today including my wife who is pregnant. Never again

Got screwed in the drive thru. Ordered a double quarter pounder without a cheese. Didn’t notice until I got home that it had cheese on it. The order slip on the box even said no cheese.

This place sucks! Do not go here. I went to this drive through out of convenience. I despise mayonnaise. I ordered the deluxe quarter pounder meal and asked for only mustard and NO mayo. First of all I was shocked at the price, it’s nearly double the price for the same meal at In n Out. When I got my burger the only thing on it was extra mayo, the fries were cold. Lastly, my drink order was wrong. I ordered a coke and got Dr. Pepper.
What the holy heck is wrong with these people? These are the same people who want to get paid more.
I will never go back to this place.
If you live in Ca and want to grab a drive though burger there is no reason why anyone should go to this place when In n Out is down the street. In n out is half the price, twice the quality and they’ve never gotten my order wrong.

I had gone to McDonald’s previously and asked for big Mac sauce and they had forgotten it so out of spite they completely drenched my burger in big Mac sauce and the manager was okay with it. Go to another McDonald’s and less you like your food tampered with out of spite

Very lame service. I tried to get a cold shake while out walking my dog on this hot night and was refused service because «I was not in a car!» No one offered to bring my order outside to me and I was refused service standing at the outdoor window. No other explanation. Manager also not helpful. His suggestion to tie my dog up outside alone but with no place safe or in view from inside store would not have been acceptable. I’m not lovin it MCD

Their coffee was a bit on the strong side… But, otherwise, a pretty nice stop for breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Seating was comfortable. I would have no problem in returning.

Can’t even get orders right

So sad I had to give one star. They never get my order right. Hamburger maker doesn’t read English bc I order 2 slices of cheese and always get one. Their outside speaker is more efficient that those reading the order. This is just one of many to come. Turn your speaker down!

They get my order wrong every time. And every time I give them one more chance. Not anymore. I know it’s just fast food but when you are in a hurry and absolutely need to get it. The order should be right.

The place is dirty– it’s like they never cleaned it. Never seen a mc Donald’s so dirty. I have never seen a McDonalds so dirty as this location. It was about 9:30 at night and we stopped in to feed hungry teenagers.
The floor on the working counter was littered with fries and trash on the floor. The milkshake blender and ice cream machine had ice cream running down it and the chocolate and strawberry toppings was all over the counter. Used cups were also on the same table. it’s like nobody had wiped down the area all evening. Gross!!!

I go to this Mc Donalds often for convience not the service. The drive thru is pretty fast but their parking is limited, park on the otherside of the entrance, more parking and usually empty. The inside area is clean but you have your usual social hangout people taking up most of the seats during the morning. A ground of old people were loud and rude while I was ordering inside.
I had one incident where I actually called their customer service department to complain about a worker screwing up my order three times and over charge me.
