I have never had a bad cup of coffee in this location. They are always fast, friendly, and on point.

Not bad for line wrapped around and to the door but I had to actually leave the comfort of my car. Let’s be real I come here based on dire need for caffeine and hopes that I can dose myself fast. There was only one cashier. Only after 4 minutes in line did someone else step up to help the newbie but nice guy that was clearly drowning. A woman’s gotta get to work! I don’t have all day! I like this spot because it looks like a great place if I didn’t have to get in and out so fast. Comfy seating inside an some outdoor seating. Way too many teens in the afternoon when school gets out but then again that would have been me at that age, love coffee nothing’s changed there!

i use this location since it has the Clover system, but i will definitely not go back again! Bad service during the what I will call the after school rush! I feel they should staff up for these
I went in today and ordered a Clover coffee and White mocha i was curious on how long we would have to wait to receive our drinks since there were 9 cups with all types of request lined up in front of ours. I have only a cretin amount of time to stop in to purchase a cup and and trying to make it back to
a timely manor… There was a 1 barista and she was working very hard to keep up with the demand and commend her for efforts! Note the 9 requests were completed pretty quick!
But my issue is with her male assistant who started to help he garbed my cup to create my drink. But instead he started a conversation with another employee and continued to do so while holding my cup in his hand and while this conversation was going on my White mocha was finished and an addition 5 or more other requests were completed while these employees were having a conversation with my cup in his hand and I Finley had to interrupt them to get him to finally finish my request. COME ON WHERE IS THE SERVICE? I GUESS HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH FELLOW EMPLOYEES AND MAKING CUSTOMERS WAIT IS THE GOAL OF STARBUCKS?

Generally a great spot. But today when I went to use the bathroom, someone started pounding on the door. I rushed thinking it was someone that urgently needed to use the bathroom. The door clearly has a lock that is vacant or in use. As I am washing my hands the person pounded even louder on the door I was annoyed and said ‘yes’ loudly this time. When I Open the door I was shocked to see that it wasn’t a customer needing to use the bathroom but instead it was the Starbucks employee that just wanted to rush me so she can clean the bathroom. I was really surprised with the rudeness of this girl. They should really train their employees to respect their customers and not pound on the bathroom door so that they can get their cleaning done.

Quick service, friendly staff, this Starbucks is pretty spacious and has indoor and outdoor seating. Usual free wifi and music is not too loud so if one needs to get reading or work done this is good place to go to, tons of parking space too.

This is the absolute best Starbucks I have ever been to. My order is always ready in a timely manner, tastes great and the whole staff is friendly, attentive and attractive ;) definitely worth the longer drive versus the Starbucks closer to my house.

My FAVORITE starbucks away from home and even if home, I wish this was mine! This place is HUGE number 1. Number 2, they sell alcohol! The beer lover in me caught the menu when looking for a macchiato and seeing the word «CRAFT BEER» instead… I had to kind of shake my eyes a bit, as I thought I was still sleeping! As in dreaming! But no– they sell beer & wine. And they have other appetizers like pretzels, cheese and crackers.

Business is booming at this location and I think I know why. It was my first time visiting 7101 Yorktown and I was shocked to discover that selected wines as well as craft beers and small appetizer plates are now on the menu.
The excitement didn’t stop there. While waiting for the barista to scream out my name that my order was ready, I pulled up a seat at a large table. These black circles that looked like mini records caught my attention. I looked around and saw that people had their cellphones on top of those circles. Read a sign on the table to find they were actually wireless charging stations for your phone. So cool!
Not sure if every location offers this but HB is getting 5 stars for blowing my socks off with the new changes. Love it!

The staff here can be a bit «regular customer friendly», seemingly forgetting that all customers count. However I can’t really give a bad review simply based on that alone. They do try and run like a fine tuned machine. They are one of the bigger locations in Huntington Beach but the crowds seem to know that as it is often busy. This location also is situated directly across the street from HBHS so there is often crowds of HS kids. Evenings are great here and they offer the full wine and snacks choices. It’s open late so a sure place to go for late night studies but beware when it’s closing time they will let you know.

As mentioned, this location is one of the four locations in the LA/​OC area where they serve the evening menu! They start serving from 4 PM till closing!
Unfortunately, the first day I wanted to try out the evening menu was when they closed early for a large staff meeting! With that said, my friend and I weren’t able to order any of the food, but they did allow us to order a glass of wine! Overall, their wine selections are pretty good, but it is overpriced!
Great vibe in the store! Red curtains, lamps, lounge chairs! Definitely the atmosphere to have!
Hopefully, I’ll get to enjoy more of it on their regular evenings!

I’m not always a fan of the coffee chain phenomenon, but the staff at this Starbucks is exceptional. Josephine, Jesica, Hayes, Michelle and many others are the best of the best, consummate professionals and genuine to boot. I can’t think of any other business of any kind, actually, that has set the bar so high in terms of service and delivers so consistently and with an authentic personal touch. This location should be treated as a model for franchises of all stripes, not to mention mom-​and-​pop shops.
