Subway

There is a woman working at this one who is, even for a Subway, really substandard. She simply could not care less about her job, apparently has not heard the term, «customer service» and doesn’t even care enough to ask if you want cheese on your sandwich. If you ask what sandwiches are available for $ 5 she acts like you’re some kind of leper and she always seems to be wearing a sneer. The TV and fake fireplace (big whoop) do not make up for her incredibly rude shitty attitude. On top of this, the toppings there look rather tired and old, with the exception of the tomatoes, which were green! (They weren’t even fried, goshdarnit!) There are a million Subways, all of which are going to offer you better service and product than this one.

This Subway is different from any other Subway I been too! Has a sofa, coffee table, fake fireplace and a large TV to watch sports. Makes you feel like your at a sports bar of some sort. The place can be tight due to limited seating and parking is tough with other businesses marking their parking slots.
The food is your typical Subway and the service is pretty good and fast. The Manager is the driving force behind this location cause she gets the assembly line moving!

This is the BEST subway I’ve ever been to (and I eat Subway at least twice a week)!
The guys that work here seriously know how to make a sandwich. It’s extremely clean and they have a «lounge» area with 2 flat screens!

Received a gift card for Xmas for Subway. Visited this location — ordered a sandwich that I have eaten here on several occasions. That evening was awakened at 3:00 am by excruciating stomach pain. Became violently ill — also had trouble breathing, beside diarrhea, vomiting and a cold sweat. Had to talk myself out of visiting a hospital. Believe I had food poisoning or my food was contaminated by something I may be allergic to. Never been sick like this from a meal. Threw the gift card away — most likely will not visit again.

Compared to all the Subway restaurants I’ve ever been to, this one is the best. They are located in the same plaza as an Albertsons.
The interior is definitely more inviting then other subway restaurants around the area.
As mentioned in other reviews, they tried to make it feel comfortable with the fireplace, 2 flat screen televisions, and a couch. I always see someone constantly sweeping, wiping down the couch, or cleaning the soda machine everytime I’m eating here. I must say… they keep up with their cleanliness.
This subway location does not skimp on the toppings.
Everyone here is always so nice and they never have to ask you what you ordered again and again. (I’ve experienced it so many times where other Subway employees would never remember what I wanted on my sandwich every 2 seconds of asking whether I wanted it or not)
So that definitely deserves a plus one extra star from me!

I frequent this place every weekend. Clean, excellent service and fresh food. Ask for Pablo he makes the finest veggie of any subway I’ve ever been to and Jorge who provides service with a smile!

This location has the worst service from any subway I’ve ever been to. This location is right around the corner so I keep going there, yet every time they are so rude and make the worst sandwiches. I would never recommend this location to anyone ever.

Good sandwiches, but every time I eat breakfast here they are either out of coffee, or in the process of making it. This, at 9am in the morning when your customers are expecting hot, fresh, good coffee. Yesterday I waited for the brewer to finish. Two diners drew a cup apiece. I drew my cup, and halfway through my wife’s cup the brewer ran out! Who brews 3−½ cups of coffee in a commercial brewer? These employees need training to teach them not to run out, and how to brew «good» coffee. All diners expect good coffee now that even the fast food outlets are serving premium java. Please try to improve this so I don’t have to look for a new breakfast joint.

Maybe it was just a bad day for the person making my sandwich, but the service was far from expected. To top it off they told me the avocados were bad, but the person after me had no problem getting them served…

I know. Rating a Subway five stars is nuts, but if you keep your expectations in the Subway-​experience mode, you will walk away saying this is the BEST Subway on the planet. It’s redesigned interior has two huge big screen hi def TV screens, a comfy couch, lots of oulets to plug in for those working on laptops and has reaally great coffee. Carlos, the onsite manager who runs it in the morning is friendly and always has a smile. Great customer service and an excellent place to grab a quick sandwich.

It’s Subway — so you know know what you get. Fresh, tasty, healthy (if you choose) sandwiches, soups and chips. Or turn your sandwich into a salad. You know the drill. I can walk to this one, and I do. So happy it’s right here! EAT FRESH!

two big LCD TV’s, lots of toppings on my sub sandwich, and the place is so new it looks clean, or is it so clean it looks new?
arguably the best subway i’ve ever been to, i kid you not.

So… this shopping center location for this Subway can look kind of unpleasant. But trust me once inside all your expectations will be blown away!
Every time I have walked into this Subway the owner greats me & everybody with «Welcome to Subway»!! They have the usual table & benches for people to sit at & then so much more! They have 2 flat screen TV’s, one in line so you can watch while you wait & the other in the sitting area so you can watch while you eat. Below the sitting area TV is a faux fire place that is actually like a heater & a sofa with coffee table. They also have a little chat set in case you just want to sit & relax with your friends.
The food is always good… as good as you would get at any other subway… nothing more & nothing less. I have never had bad service from anybody working at this location, they are always pleasant & helpful. In my opinion what puts this Subway at the top of the charts is the effort they put into making you feel at home with the atmosphere.

Yes I am giving Subway 5 stars. A couch and a flat screen inside. This is where I’d come sometimes to watch the world cup games.

This Subway location touts itself as one of the only Subway lounges in the world. So what exactly does that mean? They have the usual system of ordering your sub — size, bread, meat, toppings, greetings and salutations etc. nothing including the price has changed.
It has a large screen TV over a faux fireplace which actually is a heater but still looks okay, hey they are trying to make the location look unique and cozy. It has a couch and coffee table where you can enjoy the TV and your sub or just sit on one of the bistro tables.
There isn’t any outside seating but then it’s a small place.
