Expensive for a dive bar– $ 14 a shot!!! The karaōke DJ plays the same Guy’s song multiple times and we will wait for hours without being called. Love the security guy Mo(I think is his name), therefore the extra star. And the beautiful blond bartender. It’s a neighborhood bar I probably won’t go back to. Too bad

College bar to come drink. But dork some reason they don’t give out water unless you buy a bottle of eater. The lady brought us a pitcher of water and than said she had to take it and that we had to buy bottle water. Like wtf. Are u serious. Never had this happened. I’ve had to pay 35 cents for a cup of water but not to the point that to where we have to only purchase a bottle of water. FAIL!!!

Went here with a few friends on a Sunday afternoon. Nice friendly place with decent food. Not a lot of people there(about 15 — 20 including the five of us). Good place for a get together for a few drinks. They have 3 billiard tables there and we played a few rounds. Will be back again. :)

What a shit hole. I asked for a knife to cut a birthday cake and the«security» gave me a plastic knife. When I asked for one of the steak knives, the chef authorized me to take possession of what they serve with a steak. The 2 inch flood of piss in the bathroom doesn’t help. Also, avoid the steak fajitas at all costs. In fact avoid this place all Together.

I love this place food is good and the Wednesday Blues Jam is always fun to go visit and Jam with, My only beef is the very rude female with the lang hair who treats me like I am a bother when she will walk up to me week after week ask me what I am drinking when I say water I get no more service and I am forced to bring my own water or get it from the Bar tender, The funny thing is I tip every time I order but the lady will never know this because she avoids me once she takes my order, my thought is she must think I am broke when I am ordering water the truth is I choose water to quench my thirst, I thought maybe at first she forgot but week after week come on. She has taking my order more then once and avoided me and to top it off will return to my table to refill the alcohol orders and most of my friend do not even too her, Oh well her loss.

Hadn’t been here in years about 8. Pleasantly surprised got there just as band began to play. The bartender was a sweetheart she made a great drink and was very nice. I sat at the bar right away started conversation up with a nice guy then my peeps walked in and began to talk to me. Nice local gals we hung out danced a bunch and enjoyed some good conversation. Plans to meet up in a few weeks. The band was pretty decent for three guys playing cover music but they play what people can dance to so it was fun. The dance floor seemed about right maybe need a bigger one if it was a band like Family Style. Overall a great experience the crowd varies young to older. Liked it! I’ll be back… need more live music and dance places close to the beach.

This place was definitely better the second time around. Came in on another sunday and there was a pretty big crowd of all types of people, a bunch of blondes undulating on the dance floor in tight pants, some good karaōke singers, packed pool tables, and the bar and tables had a mixed bag of people watchers, dating couples, and a well rounded representation of orange county’s population. Saw women hustling drinks, hustling pool, hustling themselves, in a battle to keep the night(and their youth) alive. Most looked like they were winning, or at least keeping that spectre of old age at arm’s length. Don’t know the blonde waitress’s name, but dammit!, smile once and a while… So youse guys get bumped up another star for another great night…

This place is by far the best little down home bar that I’ve found since I Moved to California less than a year ago. They have great live music, karaōke, and they put the Iowa football games on for me ! By far a must go!

I have been here a couple of times to see live bands. Each time I had a great time. The drinks are cheap, the music is good and there is room to dance too. The bartenders are super nice and serve you right away.

It’s ok to hang out, for a dive bar. Horrible place to work for however. They take out a half hour break from your pay check, even though you never get a break. No POS system and frank the owner is very rude. Bar rescue even tried to help the place and the owner refused. Such a sad thing when they could have been helped.

This place was really dirty. Their bathrooms were filthy & smelled. They only had 1 out of 3 toilets working. They need to clean the place up.

Went out to celebrate my job promotion, im 23 years old my 2 girlfriends that i went with are 25 and 26 years old. The bouncer who looks like a reject from the police academy told my girlfriends that their Driver’s licenses were fake b/c their birthdays were a month apart. Both my friends(1 who happens to work for the state and the other who has a Masters im chemistry) .He let me in no problem, but when i asked to speak to the mngr and the bouncer said«sure w/e» with a bunch of attitude. I asked politely«do you know who that is?» And he responded«yea i work here». Verrrry dudly. I said«well can i have his name?» He said«frank» so i go up to the bar and ask to speak to the mngr and the guys behind the bar start tlking to eachother in spanish(one turned out to be thw owner) said they couldnt do anything. One of the patrons sitting at the bAr said«you probably dont want to try, thats the owner behind the bar and he doesnt like having younger people in here so he tells the bouncers to turn young ppl away» i was SHOCKED! So we decided to take our 8 friends else where.(Downtown) and had an amazzzzinnng night!!! Moral of the story, DONTGOTOTHISDIVEBARIFURUNDERTHEAGEOF25! Theyr assholes!

Don’t waste you’re time. Had a live band that was awful. Management was rude and unaccomadating. Food wasn’t too good and overall really bad experience.

Dropped by here after Sealegs to finish off the evening with Renee(my SFAM, sister from another mister) this past Tuesday. It’s a pretty cool space with a big long bar, dance floor and stage, but it was DEADER than a door nail. Okay, I get it, it’s Tuesday. But as much as I love me some karaōke, I’m not sure how they’re justifying paying for the host. There were literally less than ten people in the bar from the time we arrived until we left. I’m not complaining, I haven’t held a microphone since I went cruising in May with TBF(the boyfriend). I got to sing three songs over the course of about 45 minutes. The karaōke jock was pretty decent, just name your song and it’s done. No shuffling through binders, blah blah. I’d go back there to chill again. It seemed pretty relaxed with a decent beer selection.
