Terrible experience. Went in to buy wiper blades on my way to work. Wasn’t sure of the size I needed so I got behind the 1 person in line and the only customer at the store. Waited for about 10 minutes while the customer had something explained to him, however 2 other employees walked by me twice and know one offered to help. I asked the man at the register if there was anyone else working that could help me while he was helping the other customer. He said they all went in the back and I’ll just have to wait. I held my tongue and didn’t say a word. Finally one of the co workers came up and said may I help you. He helped me out real quick with the size and then vanished. I waited in line another 10 minutes to pay for the blades, they moved me three time to different registers because I guess they only allow cash at one register and credit at another, however since the credit was down I had to move to another third register to try that one. That didn’t work either so i paid in cash which was a inconvenience for since I needed it for something else. I understand it’s a automobile parts shop but seriously get some customer service skills for your employees.
