Jump Around Party Rental

I used this company for my daughter’s 1^st bday party! Not only did they have the best prices they were also very professional. I mainly worked with Izzy who is a complete sweetheart. She explained each package and helped me pick the one that would go best with my theme. Unfortunately the day of the party they arrived late and the cotton candy machine wasn’t working but they upgraded my bounce house and the party was still a success! Izzy also contacted the park and took care of all the paperwork. I had a great experience with this company from the office staff to the delivery guys! Everyone was a pleasure to work with!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. First off I needed a certificate of their liability insurance because I was renting a bounce house for my twin babies 1^st birthday party at a park in which the park requires it. They took 3 weeks to give me their insurance certificate because supposedly they were in the process of renewing their policy. In that time period I could have lost the date of my party which I had already paid for. It ended up working out and I did not lose the date. Then once the time came for the actual party I had spoken to Wayne the day before confirming a 12:30 setup as my party started at 2pm. Well, 2pm rolls around and no bounce house. Finally by 2:30 — 2:45 the bounce house was up and running. All of the children are now playing inside when suddenly after about 15 minutes I am approached by a father of one of the children that there is glass shattered throughout the bounce house that looked as though it was from a fluorescent bulb. I called the delivery driver immediately and he came back and they cleaned it up… the whole process took about an hour which mind you, has now taken away from my 4 hour party that I paid for. The worst part about the situation was that a child’s leg was cut. Following the party when I called Wayne to speak to him about the situation I was screamed at and told that I should sue them if I had a problem with it. When I called his insurance rep, I was once yelled at again and told to call a lawyer. This is the most dangerous and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. If you are looking to rent for your children’s party do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

5 star service all the way. Wayne and all the staff here were great! Always answered all of our calls (and there were a lot) and e-​mails and 100% professional. Will be using them again! Went though 5 other companies before them and so happy sticking with them in end. All the equipment was clean and looked new. If you have kids, the media trailer is a MUST! They loved it. Thanks again guys!
