Amazingly fresh, great flavor. Prompt and friendly service! BBQ ribs are succulent, falling off the bone. Seasoned fries are crisp, large coke slaw side. Super fresh Caesar salad — great value and flavor(and I am a Caesar salad snob) Best to take out for dinner due to small size of the place but for lunch it’s perfect!
I love Jeffs for all my seafood so I had high hopes for there take out place. I need to qualify this as I only tried one item so I will have to go back again. I ordered two lobster rolls. What I got shocked me. A gloppy mess of celery mayo and what they call lobster. I tasted nothing resembling a lobster! I swore it was sea legs not lobster. I called to complain but they insisted it was lobster. No way no how! Very disappointed.

$ 20 lobster roll on a croissant was mostly celery and shredded fake crab filler. VERY disappointing and a waste of money. I enjoy lobster rolls often and make them often and never expect to see imitation whatever shreds in my lobster salad. Skip it.

Great food and great prices! The cuban sandwich is so good! The pulled pork is what really makes it. Even the fries are good… battered & crispy. I’ve gotten the fresh clams on the half shell frequently: $ 9 for a dozen is incredible. The fish and chips are really good too! The fish is fresh & crispy and the portions are big. I need to go down the list on the menu and try everything else, but I keep getting the clams, cuban and fish & chips(I’ve substituted veggies sometimes which are fresh and generous too) haha The lobster roll on a croissant looks really good too & a friend liked it. It’s chopped lobster not whole pieces. I had a bite of the lobster potpie and it was pretty good too. Rich and seasoned with rosemary and/or thyme… can’t tell. There are picnic tables outside which is nice. Small, casual spot with parking on the street or in a small lot. They do alot of takeout orders… everytime I dine there there are lots of people that come & go for takeout. I just wished they served beer and wine… but we brought a bottle of wine over once with no problem(bring a corkscrew because they don’t have any). and Harbor Beverage(big beer shop with drafts/growlers) is just across the street! :)

Lobster Bisque for days! Somehow in a harbor town this seems to be the only quick seafood spot.

Very disappointing. Had the fish and chips and was VERY underwhelmed. The coating is supposed to be a golden brown and the fish is supposed to be flaky. The coating here was a dark brown and was very dry. The fish itself was mushy. The fried calamari was all right. Also had the crab cakes which were mushy. I’m hesitant to give this place a second chance, but might in the hopes that it improves.

My brother and I take out dinner from here quite frequently after the gym. The fish dinners are amazing and very healthy. The menu is endless so you really can’t go wrong. Strongly reccommend

For the quality of the food, it’s over priced. The food is just OK. True, prior posters, the food has no consistency. My guess, another name(owner) soon.

The single adjective that describes this place best is: inconsistent. I still call this place«Nader’s Fish on the Run» because I never changed my original order. They have changed their name three times, but to me it will always be the same, old Nader’s. Maybe if they made their menu unique and original, then I’d think of them as being a new, independent restaurant. I always order the same thing: a caesar salmon wrap. After ordering around 15, I’ve picked up on something that’s consistent: inconsistency! The fries are either cold, soggy, or delicious. There’s either a tiny bit of salmon in the wrap or a good sized amount. The wrap is constantly overdressed in the thick caesar, and I have asked more than once for the dressing to be on the side and have been ignored. The last time I ordered one of these wraps, the salmon wasn’t fresh and I ended up throwing it out. The reason I keep ordering from here is because a family member loves it.

I want to give Jeff’s another great review but there is a real issue with consistency :(. One week the soup is delicious they next(like this week) the NE clam chowder tastes like«less than creamy» bacon soup. The level of seasoning varies widely also. They have such potential and there’s hope but they don’t seem to be able to live up to it.
