Visited this location a couple days ago with my wife and I can honestly say this was the worst dining experience of the century. The first thing i noticed upon my arrival was a distasteful odor in the air.(To say the least…) The employee who was taking my order barley spoke any english the ordering process took a good 20 minutes. When i got to my table there were crumbs everywhere. Also the soup had tangy piss sort of taste. The manger was beyond awful; he offered no assistance as i found multiple hairs in my soup. He stated that it was my fault. But the hairs were blonde and I’m a brunette. so that made no sense to me. long story short never going back to this restaurant again. PS: The manger came out of the bathroom without washing his hands which were visually filthy.

Got food poisoning almost immediately after my meal. Intro to one incredibly painful painful night. Never again. Emailed the customer service number and called to warn them so no one else got sick, and was told I would get a response in a few days. Days! Never heard back… Of course. Disappointing. Stopped back in and got a refund for my meal but honestly, so disappointed with everything about this location and the company as a whole.

I’m not sure why some of the other reviewers have their knickers in such a twist. It’s just one location out of the vast Panera Bread chain, and as such, it’s pretty much the same as all the other ones I’ve been to. It’s consistent with the standards I expect from a Panera Bread. The food is good, yes a tad pricey, but it’s real food, and considering these days a fast food meal can be $ 10. easily, I think $ 11ish ain’t bad for much higher quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. Pros: Free wifi. Free refills on coffee and tea. Comfortable seating. Outlets to plug in all your gadgets. Quit yer bitchin’ people. Just kidding. ;-P Cons: I’m not a fan of their music selections. ATALL. They alternate weird instrumental stuff that borders on musack or soft/light jazz(gack!) and some regular songs. But that’s why I have headphones. They would be better off if they either had no music, or better musical selections like Starbucks has.

I DON’T WANTHALF A SANDWICH. I WANT A WHOLEONE. Why, why is the«half» treated as the norm(or default) and the«whole» sandwich is treated as the«Ohhh, you mean you can eat an entire sandwich all by yourself? Wowee – your a big boy» type deal. Who came up with this? The cost of the full sandwich & soup & a drink is pretty outrageous. The one thing that Panera has over ALLOTHER fast food or any food establishments is this: GREAT seating ALWAYS. No matter how crowded it gets in the you can ALWAYS get a table ! So what I have been doing is when Starbucks gets too crowded I get my drink there and walk over here to sit down and drink it! Sometimes I get a bagel from Panera just so I say I bought something. Oh yes– FREEMAYONAISE packets too! Just take ‘em.

I’m simply amazed how clean and organized his place is. It’s pristine. Kudos to all the workers keeping the place so tidy and neat. One could actually sit and enjoy breakfast. The food was great too. Enjoyed the coffees so very much and my breakfast sandwich was delicious. Great place. I hope to come back soon.

Very good soups and sandwiches. Personal favorite soup is the broccoli and cheddar soup, yum.

If you go to this location, you apparently have to ask for a bag. They didn’t give me one automatically, nor did they ask me if I wanted one. That’s the main problem of this location. The employees are lacking. Syosset Panera is better. Other than that, the food is ok, however … It’s times like this that make me realize that I really need to man up and make my own food at home.

I really hate the people that work here, especially the people that are handling my food! the high school/college girls who take my orders are sweet but for someone who is spanish(me) and can understand every nasty thing those ladies say In the back who handle the food really need to get talked to ! because let me tell you the things that come out of their mouth cannot be said on here. this is by far the rudest panera I’ve ever went to and I go to panera regularly with my sister who has Down syndrome and loves talking to people meanwhile these people give her the cold shoulder then she asks me «why are they just staring at me?» way to go people.

Really! whats up with the people here? The guy hiring them must be even dumber than the people that work here. It’s like they just picked random people who have no sense of customer service and a serious lack of courtesy. They may as well shut this place down.

Try the new butternut squash ravioli. SOGOOD. Asian chicken salad is pretty delicious too… and low calories! Try the mac & cheese, you won’t regret it. I’ve read the reviews, and a lot of people are complaining about the service. I work 2 blocks away and come here often for lunch and never had a problem. People need to realize this is a Panera bread, not a ritz carlton. Relax yo-self.

ok, i am a fan of panera, but every time i come here i’ve regretted it. the employees are lazy and RUDE. i walked in one night, saying hello to the employees as i walked by and all they did was stare me down in silence. it wasn’t a nice feeling and we left shortly after as the cashier looked like she didn’t even want to take our order or even look at us. i don’t think i’ll ever come back to this location. keep your cold soup!

Food here is Panera quality. It’s pretty good for the price. What’s unacceptable are the rude workers here. It was my first time eating in at Panera and I don’t know where to put my tray. I asked the lady and she pointed ambiguously to the right. When I asked her to point it out again she started laughing at me and shaking her head and then got another worker to show me who was also laughing. Tip: there’s a private room close to the back of the store, great to take your friends.

I was assigned to bring the bread to a dinner party last night, and so I tried this Panera out. The very nice guy at the counter recommended the Three Cheese loaf and the Asiago loaf, so I bought both. They were a hit!

We’ve been so excited for this place to open, and like all the healthy food options, but it wasn’t till we went in that we remembered that they have great bagels too, something we can really use in town, since the bagel stores here have few competitors and lines out the door(not to mention less than patient staff to deal with their long lines). In contrast to what’s here now, this Panera has such plentiful, friendly staff that I’m really looking forward to coming back for breakfast and will remember to stop by here when I need to get bagels for work!

I spotted this Panera on my way through Huntington and it looks like it has just opened, so I thought I would give it a try. When I went in, there was a larger than usual number of people working because several people were being trained. Normally that translates to me that the service would be slower than usual, but that was definitely not the case. The food came just as fast as ever. Since Panera offers basically the same food everywhere, I should talk about the location. The store is brand new, has a very open layout and is very, very clean. As a little bit of advice, since the store is on Main Street you should know that there is plenty of parking behind the store in you can’t find anything in the front. Give this location a try if you are in the area!
