I have used Albert’s for several years and always impressed and totally happy. Ordering online at their website is easy. They have always been timely in terms of delivery. Their flowers are always superb: fresh, attractive and long lasting.

Ordered an arrangement for elderly mother’s birthday. What arrived was NOT what was pictured. I ordered a fall bouquet and got a very cheap arrangement made with non season and inexpensive flowers. I had requested a picture to be sent to me via email but received a phone call from a very nervous employee who told me that she«couldn’t do that», which of course makes no sense, until I saw the arrangement. It is really too bad because Albert’s has been around for decades and even did my sister’s wedding many years ago, but their quality has really gotten bad. Step it up guys.

They’ve always been there for my family with cool and fresh designs at really great prices. The designers and phone people get to the bottom of the style you want to project, whether it’s a hot date or a funeral. I think they’re the oldest flower place in Huntsville, but they’re always down with the latest trends.

Very poor service. Planter I ordered on line was not delivered. They diid not notify me that the were unsuccessful in delivering it. When I called them the next day to find out whether they delivered it they told me on the phone that the would check. However no one called me back. Had to call them again and instead of making a proper apology the man who claims he has been working there for 54 years makes stupid excuses as to why they did not let me know that the were unable to deliver. You would think that after 54 years they would know something about customer service. They are supposed to deliver on Monday 2⁄24. I told them to make sure they got it there. This business does not measure up in customer service at all!
