I received a sandwich with green peppers after ordering it without. She confirmed I wanted mushrooms and onion, but I still received peppers as well. I took it back and no one was at the register. Someone with a tag that said manager walked out. I told him the problem. He was quiet and not personable. He threw the sandwich away. Told the cook what I wanted and left. I waited and the lady who originally took our order came out. She asked what was wrong. I told her, and she just said, «Oh okay.» I waited behind an entire line of people while my husband enjoyed lunch with our 8 month old son. While I was waiting, one of the cooks asked me if I had a regular or small. I told him I had a regular Philly cheesesteak with no green peppers. Finally it was my turn. She asked what I wanted on it, and then realized it still had green peppers. I had to wait… Again. I finally got my sandwich. And the lady who originally took our order did finally appologize. By this time, my husband and my son were done eating, and my son was ready for a nap. He is just getting old enough to take him out to lunch, and we were so excited to get out this weekend, but I missed out because they couldn’t figure out what no green peppers meant! I wasn’t offered anything and it took me missing my entire lunch with my family and two wasted sandwiches to get a simple appology. I’m so upset with this company and the way the kitchen is run. Mine was not the only order messed up either. They were making sandwiches that no one ordered and everyone was just standing around waiting on things to cook — VERY inefficient and not customer oriented. And to top it all off I couldn’t even add this to their survey because they have a character limit.

Went there because of a review I read in the local paper; sounded terrific. Got the recommended California chicken sub with chipotle sauce rather than ranch. Based on the review, my mouth was watering for an amazing sub. What I got was poor service and a sub that was just blah and certainly not worthy of a repeat. That being said, I did give it a repeat(because I SO wanted to like this place!). Tried again with the same sub, and added chili cheese fries because the reviewer made it sound like I’d be a fool not to. Again, poor service(about 6 high schoolers goofing off and not caring one bit about customers), very average sub, and the fries were undercooked, hard, not tasty or anything special at all(and I asked myself why I just gave up an hour of my life for this heart-attack on a plate). Pricey and sub-par. If I want a tasty sub, I’ll go to Firehouse Subs. As for those saying it’s the best place to eat in Parkplace Mall… I have to agree, as long as you get the sub only. Stay away from the fries. The Chinese and Japanese food there is awful, Sbarros is way over-priced and mediocre at best. Chick-fil-A is a good choice. Oh, Charley’s. I had such high hopes. Adiós, amigo.

I give them a 4. My wife and I split a large Bacon Three-Cheese Steak. The Fries were better than I expected.

This is the absolute, best place to eat inside at Parkway Place mall’s food court. My personal favorite is their Italian Deli Deluxe, and each bite of the fresh sub just bursts with seasoning, the meatiness, and cheeeeesse. It cannot get any better @ Parkway.
