Only one person working and he seemed new. I blame the manager for not staffing correctly. People were walking out. This is my last trip here

I’ll take that on rosemary, parmesan bread… Oh, I am reviewing here, not ordering. Seriously, this is one of my favorite sub shops (yeah, I know I should have reviewed it long ago… I’ve been busy). The owner is a great guy and always speaks to me when I go in. The food is always top quality and oh, that pepper bar! The place is always clean, and if the sandwichteer (is that a word?) is doing ANYTHING not requiring gloves, they wash their hands and then put on fresh gloves, so no surprises make it into your sammich. If I were to complain about anything (and well, no one is perfect) it would be that they seem to have a hard time getting and keeping good help. Without getting wordy, some of the help they have had couldn’t find their butt using both hands and a map. I am going to say «yes they are good for groups, because, well, four people constitute a group. The place is rather smallish…
