Service was friendly and polite. My complaint is that it took 20minutes waiting at the window to get my one meal order and it was not good. It was flavorless and dry. Very disappointed bc I was looking forward to a delicious and juicy alternative to Micky D’s but seems I would’ve been better off there in time, price, and flavor.

Stopped by after leaving Galveston on a Cruise. We ordered a Belt Buster #2 a #7 Steak Finger 4pc and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. When the food was brought out the burger had 1 patty instead of 2 and the Chicken Sandwich was missing. I informed the clerk and they made the correct burger and the Chicken Sandwich. Other than the fact that they got the order wrong at first the food was really good by any standard and the service was friendly so all in all a great place to tie on a feed bag when on the road.

Well, this place is right off the highway coming out of Houston. Great location for a pit stop. It’s not the cleanest fast food joint, but not many are these days. I think if they tried a little harder and invested in the appearance of the location itself, this place would easily become a hidden gem. Loved the food! Fries were a bit salty but fried and tasted like perfection. The Beltbuster burger was fresh, delicious, and you could tell is was made to order. Their burgers are on par with Carl’s Jr. and that’s saying a lot!!! (In my opinion)

We stopped into this Dairy Queen on our way home from vacation mostly because we needed the restrooms, but decided to stay and have lunch. Bad call on our part. The bathrooms were disgusting (couldn’t even find a safe spot to «hover»). Our order took almost twenty five minutes to complete, then we had to ask twice for our blizzards which were half melted. The whole restaurant was very dirty… I asked about cleaning a table and was offered a rag by the person at the counter. Too bad, because this is a convenient stop for us on trips, but we won’t be returning.

Our visit to this dairy queen was an absolute joke!!! The service was terrible! Our food was all wrong and it took them almost 30 minutes to make three blizzards and a milkshake! I will not be back and I strongly suggest that if you are considering eating here you find another place to eat!
* on a side note the entire resturant was filthy!!!

Worst DQ ever! Do not come here. They take forever and get orders wrong and have zero training for employees. We were in there for 25 solid minutes getting two blizzards.

Terrible… oh wait it was 9:55 — 9:56, and the man in the drive thru said they closed at 10:00. He refused service saying that it was 10:00 on all the inside clocks… I’m pretty sure his phone didn’t say 10:00. Terrible because they closed down early at 9:56. I wish I could leave negative stars I am so irritated by this. I will definitely never be returning to this Dairy Queen. Don’t know how they stay in business.

Dairy queen is a must have for anyone that’s grown up in the South.
I frequented this Dairy Queen years ago while attending Sam Houston State University nearby and even longer ago on family trips North on I-​45 to Dallas.
Nostalgia can put a shine on anything, but I’m happy to say this DQ has kept up its standards of good food and fast, friendly service.
I’d definitely stop in again and not just for the memories.
