Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse of N Huntsville

I ordered a washer and dryer online and the website said the items were in stock. I also called the store and they said I either had to come in or order online. The person I talked with said they would be able to deliver and install by Saturday so I order online. 2 days later (Thursday) the order still shows in process so I call the store and the guy tells me he’s with a customer and took my name and number and said he’d call me back.
Update 1: They called me back and said it’s scheduled for delivery Sat., at first the person on the phone said they had reschedule it from this Fri. to next Tues., why I don’t know but after talking with him he said it would be delivered this Sat., I’ll update this to 3 stars if they do deliver it Sat. just because I had to call them and find out what was going on. Their website should have shown the correct status.
Update: They delivered and setup the washer and dryer on Saturday with no problems. I upgraded to 3 stars. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for their lack of communication and me finding out only when I called them they had rescheduled the delivery date without notifying me.

Lumber department. This has to be the worst lumber department I’ve ever dealt with. There have been so many things that got screwed up I don’t know where to begin. Takes forever to get materials and when it comes in they lose it. The website will allow you to order material they can’t deliver. They tell u to come in and order special orders but when I did that there was no one in the store that could complete it. Mike and Kathy apparently are the only people that know how to this. I wasted 45 min in the store waiting on someone to complete it but they never could. You think they care? No! The manager offered me nothing! If you can buy the materials at Home Depot the do it! They’re awful.
