Love this place. Great service. Fresh food. My favorite is the grilled chicken breast with roasted potatoes and Greek salad yum!

The food is good, went here for huntsville’s restaurant week. The customer service is good also but the wait time was excessive in the drive thru; 15 – 20 mins(then another 5 once I got to the window and I had preordered over the phone) with only 2 cars ahead and they had both already ordered. We will be going back but I’ll make sure to not use the drive through unless we have the time to wait.

Do not use their drive-thru. Twice now I have sat there for 10+ min with no response and had to drive away. No «please hold» or anything. Just silence. Not sure why I gave them a second chance to begin with cause the food is nothing special. Speaking of special. Their pasta special is garbage. Don’t be fooled into ordering that pile of stink.

Don’t waste your time or money. The food quality is poor, at best. I don’t mind paying for quality, in fact I will happily do so. However, the recipes are hardly authentic«Greek fare» and the portions are small(comparatively to their price point). The staff have never heard of hospitality, much less customer service. They act as if they couldn’t care less if you dine there. When I commented to a staff member about the wait for my entrée as I stared at it, for four minutes, waiting to be delivered. He simply stared at me and made no effort to explain or apologize.

I haven’t tried many things off the menu, we usually ask for the same thing always(I know a little bit boring) so I recommend the Lamb Gyro and tomato-cucumber salad. I am obsessed with their tomato-cucumber salad and potatoes, they have a lemon-y taste that gives a tangy flavor which is just perfect. It might not be the real deal but it is good enough. Service is awesome and friendly, gotta love the outdoors during springtime. Be aware this is a busy place during the weekends, especially sundays.

Of all the great eating joints in Huntsville Alabama, this is our favorite. The food is excellent and puts us into a happy food coma every time. We came here after our car got broken into and it made everything OK again, that’s how good it is. I love the lemon chicken soup. Its really different from most of the lemon chicken soups I have had, it has a clear broth and big chunks of chicken, it is so good and so lemony. The Beef tenderloin platter is really good, and so are the beef gyros. There is also a beef tenderloin horse radish sandwich that I can not remember the name of that my husband loves. He has been craving that sandwich ever since he ate it. We can’t wait to come back.

Im giving this #4 stars based on my free drink coupon off Unilocal,Customer Service was A+, Atmosphere was comfortable I sat under the vent which was fine because it was cold outside and I still felt cold on the inside so I didnt mind the warm breeze on me. They have a drive thru(didnt know that) On the outside of this resturant u would think its a little like a french upscaled resturant or maybe even a place that u would think could be a little upscale once on the inside. It totally blew me away !!!(That could just be me) That absent 5th star goes to the food, If you are a Vegetarian Only– I am one and I was happy to see a Vegetarian selection. So I ordered the Dolmades Plate and it was very colorful(which) I like, But the season rice was either to salty or they put to much of something in it. I did eat everything for the most part. I did leave 2 of the grape leaves on the plate. Will I be back? No(Because the food wasnt that good for me to sit and crave for it) Will I recommend this place? Yes. Its was just ok for me.

This was a pleasant surprise. I entered with great trepidation after noticing that the restaurant had only counter service, but was overcome by a very pleasant waitress who greeted me and steered me to the counter. I chose the grilled Salmon. It was excellent. I wouldn’t necessarily categorize this restaurant as ‘Greek.’ As a veteran of many true Greek restaurants in the Northeast and Europe, I’d call this ‘greek-fusion’. They’ve taken many of the elements of true Greek restaurants(e.g. great salads, charbroiled meat, zesty tzadiki) and softened them for a Southern palate. This in no way is a negative. In fact, my salmon was wonderfully but lightly seasoned with Mediterranean spices then charbroiled magnificently. It sat resplendently upon a bed of Basmati rice, topped with a lemon slice, and bracketed by a nice Greek salad. Bottom line is, this was a surprisingly pleasant eating adventure in a town otherwise devoid of interesting cuisine. I would have given it a 5, except for my prejudice against counter-service.

Went here for mid-day nibbles. The food was fast, fresh and good. The children loved the food as well. The staff was friendly and on their game, and the portions were large. Four of us split a mezedes platter and the roasted chicken dinner, and we still had half of our food to take home for later. We will definitely be back.

Love the spices used in their foods. I recommend shrimp and roasted potatoes. Any of their salads are also amazing. Baklava is also tasty.

Second time here today for lunch; first time dined in and got spanikopita roll-up, which was very dry and I’d never order it again. I did love their fresh«tomato/cucumber salad» — delicious. Today I went through the drive through. I was craving Greek, specifically a pork gyro and spanikopita. Turns out the drive through has a very limited menu — mostly just sandwiches, 1 soup, and a salad. Well, at least they have gyros, I told myself. But what kind?! Turkey? Chicken with pesto? Vegetable? What is Greek about that? Traditional gyros are pork or a beef/lamb combination. They had neither. I opted for the grilled chicken version. It was a C/C-. The chicken was moist and well prepared(albeit in strips and not sliced thinly like I expected, but that was fine). The tzaziki was SO disappointing — to the point that I’ll not order it again there. It was watery/too thin, and flavorless, making the entire gyro flavorless. Also, lettuce in a gyro? Sigh. «Light Café» would be a better name for the restaurant(which I just learned is a chain — that explains a lot). To have a name like«Taziki’s, you simply must serve good tzaziki. For authentic Greek in this area, Jammos on Patton Road is the best I’ve found so far. Very authentic and delicious.

It was just ok to me. I wasnt impressed with the gyro that I received. I will have to try it again just to be sure, and maybe I will change my review. As of today it was just ok to me.

The sauce isn’t close to any Tzatziki sauce I’ve ever had, the«Gyros» are just pita bread sandwiches filled with whatever meat you request. I should have left when I ordered a Gyro and she said«What kind?». It’s a decent restaurant but personally I go to a greek place to get greek food and was very disappointed in this place. Taziki’s is greek like Taco Bell is mexican.

First review for Taziki’s in 2013. Great meal. I ordered the«Turkey Club Wrap» which was fantastic. My co-worker had a chicken salad that looked great. Had a side of rice. Great Flavor. First Greek establishment I’ve ever been to that had a «Drive Through». When i found out I’d be spending four days in Huntsville, AL. I never thought I would have never have to give a Greek resturant a four star review. THANKSTAZIKI’s.

Of all the greek-ish places in town that I’ve tried, I like Taziki’s the best. The gyros are all really great, with lots of fresh veggies. I really like the basil pesto chicken gyro, because its unique and super tasty! If I ever want something a little bigger, like for dinner, I also like the grilled beef tenderloin, the horseradish sauce that comes with it is awesome and the meats are all good quality. The area when you first walk in is a little small since you have to order at the counter, so if a lot of people show up at the same time the line can back up pretty easily. Otherwise, there are a lot of sectioned off rooms with tables and booths so you never feel like you’re eating with the people next you. I really like it as a lunch option during the work week.

I would not say this is an «authentic» Greek restaurant but so far I have always experienced a clean, professional, friendly restaurant. The salads are light and fresh and always crisp. The price is excellent for the food. I have had the Lemon roast chicken, lamb, pork loin, the Friday special pasta and a gyro wrap and all were well prepared, well seasoned and good in portion. Today I had the pork loin and it came with a salad and asparagus. It was only $ 9.99. I had Taco bell yesterday and it was almost $ 10.00. They also have daily specials ranging around the $ 7.00 range. Great food! Especially for the price!

My first experience at Taziki’s was definitely not what I expected when I first thought«Greek». The restaurant is very clean, well-kept, and fairly modern. It is run deli-style where you order your food up front and it’s brought fairly quickly to your table after you seat yourself. The service was helpful and polite, but they definitely lacked the flavor and enthusiasm of their dishes. The lunch crowd was plentiful, but not overwhelming. The menu expands on traditional Greek offerings while including all of the classics. There are plenty of Greek salads, gyros, dips, and healthy sides. They even have a turkey Gyro. The food is very crisp and clean tasting; almost everything is grilled. You almost feel like you’re at a health-nut place, but the flavors are plenty satisfying. The drinks are self-serve, and they also offer a variety of tasty deserts(Baklava included) that are packaged and ready to eat on the spot or to take home. I will eat here often!
