Good place to stop if you have to. I’ve only been here once and it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at a Whataburger. There is only one toilet per bathroom. The line was long to wait for the bathroom. People stood there and rattled the door more then once to hurry me along. The wait for our order was long. My food was way over cooked and extra salty. Love some Whataburger but not sure my family and I will stop here again. I gave it three stars because I have only been here once and it could have just been a bad day.

This is a good Whataburger to stop at if you’re heading north on I-45. (It’s about ½ mile from the exit on the service road, which means you would have to do 2 turnarounds to get there and back on the road if you were traveling south.) The dining area is a little small, but it’s clean. My husband didn’t like the restroom — a one at a time affair with both a toilet and a urinal but no individual stalls. The food is incredibly well prepared. The Whataburger powers that be should be very proud. And the staff are awesome. We stopped in on our way home from a marathon, hobbled and sore. They took such good care of us so we didn’t have to walk(or move) any more than necessary, and joking with us at the same time. It was greatness!

Pretty decent fast food. I’m from New York and really wanted to try the food. I did like that the food was brought out to my table. I didn’t get a «fast food» feel. I got chicken bites. They where pretty tasty. When the cashier asked me what sauce I wanted I looked at the sauces and asked for ranch and jalapeño ranch. She didn’t state that any additional sauces would be extra money. It was only 35cents but I still feel I should have been told. I’ve never been charged extra for sauce anywhere, so minus one star for that. Minus another star because the fries where kinda cold when they came out.

It took me about an hour to get to this city, and I knew that most places would be closed after 10:00PM. That said, I would have to take the plunge and get a burger from whatever was closest to my hotel. I’ve never been here, so anything outside of McDonalds and Burger King are foreign to me. At any rate, the place was clean, and the workers were super friendly. Since this was my first time eating at a Whataburger(It’s actually pretty fun typing that:), I was basically going off of the pictures on the menu board. I’m a big Patty Melt fan, so I had to go with that! It was actually listed as one of their«All-Time Favorites», so I started getting butterflies in my stomach…(Not really, but I’m trying to set the stage here) One of the workers brought me my food, and the rest was history! I’d have to say that this was one of the juiciest burgers I’ve ever had! The grilled onions were perfectly caramelized, and the cheese hugged the meat like spandex! There’s some kind of special sauce in the in the burger, which simply added to it’s overall goodness! I didn’t realize that there were 2 patties in the burger, so half way thru I was SUFFED! Had it been the middle of the day, I would have wolfed it ALL down! I tried a couple of their french fries, and they were definitely on par with the burger! Side note: It’s probably not a good idea to eat a fast food burger after 10:00PM(For the health conscious), but if you are in a pinch(And you are in Houston,) You HAVE to try this place!!! Don’t judge! You will thank me later. Conclusion: Step aside In-N-Out Burger, there is a new KID in town!(I don’t think it will ever make it to CA, but if for some reason it does… These 2 places would duke it OUT!!!)

Other Whataburgers need to step up their game to catch up with this one. The garden salad with grilled chicken was awesome, much unlike every other Whataburger I have been to recently. And the burgers were served with pride — they looked like the advertisements and tasted fresh. Thank you Whataburger of Huntsville for restoring my faith in Whataburger.

No baby changing station, cleanliness is about a 4 star, food was out quick… One star only bc there is not a changing station for infants :(

Whataburger is such a Texas tradition, late night drunks have been fed for years. With that being said, this particular location is mediocre at best. Customer service is right on point, but the time it takes for your food you’ll feel 3 years older(no exaggeration)! The floor looked like it hasn’t been swept nor mopped in ages. I only give it two stars due to the friendly service we received. Also never go through the dive thru. It always seems if you go inside it’s a lot faster.

Ok when in a pinch, pretty much the same at any Whataburger. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean.

Poor customer service, didn’t get my order right and just scraped off the stuff I didn’t want. Won’t be back.

Great for a late night food run in huntsville, the service past 11pm is horrible though. don’t expect the people at the window to be nice.

If Unilocal was out in 1990 I would have given it 5 stars. The burgers here use to be so much tastier here. It was still A-OK but normally it’s mouth-watering and I didn’t get that feelin this time. They still have the best ketchup hands down. Don’t know what’s different about it but it is good. U know how In-n-Out is a WestCoast thang well Whataburger is a Southern thang.

Since I am on a roll with What-a-burger locations, here’s another one. Not impressive. Slow service at the drive-through and impersonal staff. Don’t care for getting my burger from someone with her nose pierced.
